Casa Kamas

Casa Kamas is a fully modernized authentic Spanish villa with beautiful views and lots of privacy. It is located on a spacious, fully fenced property with lots of greenery and is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. The villa has been made completely energy neutral with the help of solar panels and a solar boiler. The attractively furnished villa has a spacious Mediterranean garden and a chlorine-free swimming pool with outdoor shower. There is plenty of enjoyment on the various terraces; have breakfast on the sunny roof terrace adjacent to the living room with a view of the Montgo, have a drink with tapas on the lounge sofa by the pool, or have a barbecue at the outdoor kitchen during the sunset. In short, you'll be spoiled for choice to feel at home all day long!

Casa Kamas has a cozy living room with Dutch television and a modern, extensive kitchen. Air conditioning is available everywhere. The pellet stove is wonderful for the winter months. From the living room you reach two bedrooms and the bathroom with rain shower and toilet. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has two single beds. In the utility room you will find the washing machine. A few steps down takes you to the sunbeds next to the pool. Adjacent, under the roof terrace, is the lounge sofa and the entrance to the third bedroom; a fully equipped studio with a double bed, rain shower, separate toilet and a pantry with Nespresso machine, kettle and refrigerator. If you're looking for excitement, it's close by. The palm sand beach El Arenal with its bustling boulevard, the old medieval town of Jávea with its narrow streets and the market on Thursdays or the harbor with freshly caught fish every day. Shops and (tapas) restaurants are everywhere. Everything is just a 20-minute bike ride through orange plantations or a short drive by car.

There are several nature parks in the immediate vicinity and it is fantastic to walk, cycle and sail, especially in the early or late season. There are 2 golf courses a short distance from Casa Kamas. There are also many options for day trips. An absolute must is a visit to the historic city of Valencia, which is a 1-hour drive away. View the old, authentic center, but don't forget to visit the futuristic buildings of the famous Valencian architect Calatrava. It's really fun to do this by bicycle (can be rented locally). In the period from 01/11 to 31/03, Casa Kamas is rented to a maximum of 4 people.
