The apartment is located a few steps from the Arenal sandy beach. Here you can enjoy a day at the beach, a large number of diverse restaurants and entertainment venues. It is a beautiful beach, family-friendly and there is play equipment on the beach for the children. Many shops and supermarkets are also located nearby, so a car is not necessary for your stay.

The open kitchen is fully equipped and also has a Nespresso coffee machine.
The adjoining living room has a comfortable sofa, a large flat-screen TV and a cozy dining area. The living room has air conditioning. In a separate room behind the kitchen you will find the washing machine. From the living room, the hall gives you access to the 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

The master bedroom has a double bed (180x200), an en-suite bathroom and a built-in wardrobe. Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 both have two single beds (90 x 200) and a built-in wardrobe. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Both bathrooms have a sink, a toilet and a (walk-in) shower. The terrace (50 m2) has a dining table and two sunbeds.

The complex has a communal, spacious saltwater swimming pool. The apartment has a private parking space. You can park your car in our private parking lot.

The apartment has fast WiFi (300 GB) via fiber optic.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If you cancel more than 3 months before the start of the rental period, 30% of the rental price will be charged.
If you cancel less than 35 days before the start of the rental period, 100% of the rental amount will be charged.
If the tenant does not use the holiday accommodation or leaves it before the end of the rental period, no refund will be made.
