Casa Roca has 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 luxurious bathrooms. This house is the perfect choice for families. Casa Roca has a lovely private swimming pool; perfect for endless water fun. Each bedroom is fully equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fan, so that you are assured of a comfortable night's sleep.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with toilet, vanity unit and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a desk with chair and computer, making it the ideal place to work or study during your stay. This room also has an en-suite bathroom with toilet, bidet, vanity unit and walk-in shower. Bedroom three has two single beds (which can also be put together) and an adjoining bathroom.

In the living area you will find a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities. All equipment is of the BOSCH brand. You can make a delicious cup of coffee with the Nespresso machine with milk frother. In the living room you will find a spacious dining area and a comfortable sitting area. The house has a smart television and well-functioning WiFi. Time to play a game with the family? You will find this in the closet.

Casa Roca has several places to eat and relax. The hacienda at the back of the garden has a bench, two lounge chairs and a table; this is a wonderful place to have a drink in the shade in the summer. On the terrace, located right next to the house, you will find a dining table with Broil King gas barbecue.

And then of course the wonderful private swimming pool; perfect for endless water fun. With plenty of outdoor seating and dining areas, you won't want to leave your little piece of paradise.

The villa is located in El Tosalet, one of the most beautiful residential areas of Javea, just a few minutes by car from beautiful beaches, restaurants and fun activities for the whole family. The supermarket is just around the corner, so fresh bread rolls are within reach.
