There are several restaurants within walking distance of the villa and the beaches of Platja Granadella and Cala Blanca are only 1.5 km and 2 km away respectively, where you can enjoy snorkeling. The fantastically beautiful palm sand beach El Arenal with its bustling boulevard is 4 km from the villa.

The nearest large supermarket is about 1 kilometer away. Walkers and cyclists can also indulge themselves, as there are various walking and cycling routes in the immediate vicinity of the villa. The fully enclosed garden of approximately 1100m2 not only offers privacy, but also sufficient parking for several cars.
