The villa is surrounded by a Mediterranean, sun-drenched garden with many terraces and surprising corners. Lazing by the pool on one of the sunbeds, chilling in the large breeze cabin with fantastic lounge sofa and a refrigerator within reach, barbecuing and dining on the large terrace at the house or reading a book somewhere in a corner; everything is possible.

The villa has a spacious living / dining room (with air conditioning) and a modern kitchen with all necessary equipment including a dishwasher. The large master bedroom has a modern en-suite bathroom and patio doors to the terrace. The other two bedrooms have a double bed and two single beds respectively and have joint access to a modern second bathroom. The villa has a spacious lower floor with a pantry with a coffee corner. You will also find the washing machine and dryer here. On this floor there are two bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds respectively, a large modern bathroom and separate toilet. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The nearest supermarket is less than 1 km away, here you can also find some restaurants. The fantastically beautiful sandy beach "El Arenal" with its wide boulevard and numerous restaurants and bars is 3 km. On the beach there are palm trees, sunbeds and umbrellas, playground equipment for the children, sports facilities and numerous water sports options. Jávea has a unique climate with 300 days of sunshine a year and almost always a nice breeze so that the mercury rarely rises above 32 degrees. Jávea has an old, characteristic, medieval city center, and has a nice harbor for pleasure yachts. Jávea also has many small bays with (pebble) beaches where it is wonderful to snorkel in the crystal clear, blue water. There is also plenty of choice for hikers with many marked hiking trails in the various “nature reserves”. Golf courses are within driving distance (10 to 15 km) and for those who like to go on trips there are numerous nice destinations nearby such as Jálon with its flea market on Saturdays, the eagle's nest in Guadalest and the surrounding resorts of Dénia and Moraira. The beautiful city of Valencia is also well worth a visit and can be done in 1 day (110 km).
