Casa de Viña

At 2 kilometers from the fantastically beautiful palm-sand beach El Arenal with its lively boulevard, you will find the authentic Spanish Villa "Casa de Viña". Ideal for a wonderful beach holiday or at the private pool and garden of the villa.

This tastefully furnished 6-person villa is built on a plot of 1100m2 and has a spacious private swimming pool (11 x 5 meters). There are beds available to relax by the pool. The beautifully landscaped garden is completely fenced and therefore very private.

The villa is comfortable and fully equipped and has been tastefully decorated by the owners. Wifi is available and works fine due to the connection to the fiber optic network. The villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning so that sufficient cooling can be provided.

Adjacent to the cozy living room with international television (including Dutch, German, English, Spanish) are both the dining room and the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of kitchen utensils and a large fridge / freezer combination for good cooking. Next to the kitchen there is a utility room with a washing machine.

Via the covered terrace (the naya) you can walk to the swimming pool and the various terraces in the garden to enjoy the sun or relax in the shade. There is also a spacious terrace with a barbecue where you can eat outside in the evening.

There are enough umbrellas and sun blinds to be able to stay pleasantly everywhere.
Within a radius of a few hundred meters you will find several restaurants. Also within walking distance the Pinosol Park with various play equipment, picnic tables and a restaurant for lunch.

The nearest large supermarket is approximately 1 km away. There are several large supermarkets in Jávea and a covered fresh market in the old town.
