The villa is suitable for 10 people and is very quiet and privately located just 2 kilometers from the famous Arenal beach and Boulevard. The old center of Javea with many nice restaurants and shops is about a 10-minute drive away. The villa was completely renovated inside and out in 2023, with no expense spared. The house has been decorated by an interior designer. The bright interior is a beautiful combination of authentic Spanish and modern Mediterranean design. There is also a beautiful Mediterranean garden. The house has 5 spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms, spacious kitchens inside and (barbecue) outside, a lovely covered terrace (the typical Spanish Naya) with lovely lounge chairs and a beautiful view both during the day and in the evening. Around the pool there are comfortable teak sunbeds, lounge sofas and a double hammock with plenty of places in the shade and the sun.
