Casa Día Cor in Javea is a large, very luxurious holiday villa with views of the sea, the cape San Antonio and the beautiful Montgó massif. The villa is suitable for 10 people and is very quiet and privately located just 2 kilometers from the famous Arenal beach and Boulevard. The old town of Javea with many nice restaurants and shops is about a 10-minute drive away. The villa has been completely renovated inside and out in 2023, with no expense spared. In addition, the house is decorated by an interior designer.

The bright interior is a beautiful combination of authentic Spanish and modern Mediterranean design. There is also a beautiful Mediterranean garden. The house has 5 spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms, spacious kitchens inside and (barbecue) outside, a lovely covered terrace (the typical Spanish Naya) with lovely lounge chairs and a beautiful view both during the day and in the evening. Around the pool there are comfortable teak sunbeds, lounge sofas and a double hammock with plenty of places in the shade and sun. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden with fruit trees, including orange trees to pick your own oranges. A large swimming pool and beautiful outdoor areas in and out of the sun; Perfect for a holiday in the sun in good company! And of course enough space to dine with your whole group and BBQ outside. We are happy to help you make your stay even more enjoyable, do you want to hire a cook for dinner or do you have other wishes? Ask!

And do you want to work or study in peace and quiet every now and then? That has also been thought of. At the end of the garden, away from all the holiday noise/action, a lovely workspace has been created with two cozy wooden desks. These are both equipped with dual screens and docking stations where you can easily connect your laptop to make use of the super-fast fiber optic connection. This space is also great for yoga and meditation exercises.
