This house meets all needs. Attractively decorated, fantastic swimming pool. The outdoor kitchen is FANTASTIC.. A real pizza oven, a charcoal bbq and an electric refrigerator and all kitchen utensils here. You do need a car. Beach is not far but the road is steep and there is no sidewalk. When you're here, you won't want to leave. Really a 10!!

The gazebo in the garden is now a super nice place with an outdoor kitchen. Lovely lounge chairs here we spent many hours. Pool is top notch. Car is needed, but in the evening walking to Javea, back by taxi for €7 is fine...

We enjoyed our week at Casa de Vina. The house has recently been refurbished and looks beautiful. Especially the garden and the large swimming pool are a business card. The house is child-friendly, fully furnished and clean. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning which is very nice.
The living room is on the small side and has no cooling, but because of the weather you mainly live outside.
Please note that the house is located in a residential area so you have to take a short drive to the beach. The boulevards of the El Arenal Beach and the La Grava beach are close by and very cozy with many nice (child-friendly) eateries. There is also a lot to do in the area and beautiful bays can be found. Especially the miradors route takes you to beautiful viewpoints. The contact with the landlord is pleasant and the information you get complete.

Very cool house. Have been here for three weeks and partly with adult children, very doable. Lots of outdoor space and a beautifully landscaped garden.
