Our house is the second from the left.
Lovely covered terrace on southwest with evening sun. You have optimal privacy on the terrace. The conifer hedges have now grown to a man's height so that you also provide sufficient privacy in the garden. A private staircase leads from our garden to the swimming pool and communal gardens.
Beautiful mature garden with beautiful palm trees.
The communal garden and swimming pool can be reached from our garden with lockable stairs.

The entrance to El Pinar
The name of our house is Casa Soleada because it is wonderfully sunny in our garden and in winter also on the terrace in the course of the morning until sunset. Ideal for winter visitors. In the summer there is sufficient shelter on the terrace.

Second house from the left is our house. The house is optimally situated for the sun on the southwest. In the summer there is sufficient shade, in the winter it is always lovely on the terrace until late in the evening because of the low sun. The terrace is free from wind almost all year round.

El Pinar with beautiful paths and plants.
The spacious gardens are beautifully landscaped, are very well maintained and are beautifully green with many types of (palm) trees.
El Pinar has space and lots of greenery.
Spacious hall.
Wall unit with flat screen smart TV, soundbar and speaker (bluetooth). The furniture contains games, manuals and information about the area.
Practical dining area with extendable table.
Living room. The well-insulated house is reasonably cool in the warmer summer months and pleasant in winter. There are two comfortable, spacious sofas and plenty of room to add chairs.
Bedroom 1 with 1 double bed (160x200), with two mattresses, a 2-person top deck. There are fitted wardrobes in the bedroom.
Bathroom with double sink, toilet and recently (2023!) renovated walk-in shower.
Bedroom 3 with large bunk bed with fine mattresses. Built-in wardrobes.
Bathroom with bath, shower, bidet, washbasin and toilet.
Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds with slatted base and fine mattresses. Built-in wardrobes.
Kitchen with all appliances (including dishwasher!)

You can have breakfast in the kitchen, but you usually enjoy it on the terrace.

Finestrat beach a few minutes by car.

Very beautiful hinterland (including Sella) nearby with beautiful hiking, mountain biking, motorcycle and car routes.
Roundabout Sierra Cortina/Terra Mitica, a large amusement park 2 km away.

The sand beach Vilajoyosa, very suitable for children because it is quite far into the sea is shallow
There is a nearby good places for mountaineering, many of our guests come back regularly for this, especially in spring and autumn is very popular.
The steep north face of the Puig Campana, 15 minutes drive from the finca
The colorful facades of Vilajoyosa, you can make long promenade or beach walks.
Walking is also very popular and there are also hiking trails for beginners and advanced
