The swimming pool (8x4) and outdoor shower are adjacent to the terrace. There is also a large roof terrace (64 m2) with a lounge set to enjoy the evening sun.
There is plenty of shade on the terrace and in the garden with a shade cloth, parasols and palm trees.
Next to the carport, on the closed private property (820m2), there is room for parking a 2nd car. The spacious garden has artificial grass, a characteristic old olive tree and several beautiful palm trees, oleanders and jacarandas have been planted.
