The dining room is nice and light and spacious and located close to the kitchen, so all necessities are within reach.
The kitchen is fully equipped, practically furnished and easy to keep clean. A spacious refrigerator with three freezer drawers underneath.
If the weather is not so good, the naya is a great place for a good book or good music. Garden view and comfortable sofa
A second dining area has been placed in the naya: a wonderful place to have breakfast: view over the garden (with swimming pool) and facing south-east, so you can sit in the morning sun.

villa, Sanet y Negrals, Costa Blanca, Spain - Casa Montgo
A lot of attention has been paid to the lighting around the house.
Sun all day even when the days are shorter.
The view from the naya is also very special in the evening.
The outdoor kitchen with hot and cold running water (thanks to the extra boiler under the counter top), dishwasher, large fridge / freezer and a large Weber Genesis gas BBQ.
Reading a book in the hammock and swinging in the shade of a beautiful tree.
Perhaps the most beautiful spot for us.
The sun all day due to the ideal south-facing location.
The view over the valley is special, but the view from the pool to the Montgo is also impressive. At sunset, the mountain turns a beautiful red / orange.
A unique sunset.
The covered outdoor kitchen is ideally located on the south, with a view over the garden and of course directly at the pool, outdoor shower and toilet.
The early morning sun shines into the outdoor kitchen in spring and autumn. A nice start to the day.
We have new lamps at the outdoor kitchen in the same color as the tosca arches. These lamps will also be installed at the naya in January 2027.
The deepest part of the pool is approximately 2 meters, so diving is NOT allowed.
Due to its location facing south, there is sun all day, high summer but also in the winter months. From early in the morning until the sun sets.
The bougainvillea is connected to irrigation and therefore beautiful all year round.
This is the street side of the house, plenty of privacy due to the green oleander hedges.
In the garden there are a number of fruit trees (lemon, orange, figs, kaki) and grape plants.
The oldest tree in the garden.
The surroundings are beautiful.
There is a spacious outdoor shower by the pool with a large boiler and a toilet (behind black door).
Also at the back there is a lawn, beautiful plants and (palm) trees. And the hedge provides privacy to the neighbors. Unfortunately, the tree has blown down. It does provide an ideal patch of lawn for the football goal.
The entrance of the house. Enough space for cars. The entrance is lit. So never arrive in the dark in the evening.
Visible outside the new heat pump for hot water and heating.
A photo of the house on the front door side, the walls were whitened again in 2022 and there is ample parking space.
A beautiful classic wooden door gives access to the house at the living room / kitchen / patio level. The car can be parked in front of the door.
We redesigned the patio in 2026, with a number of plants on and around a mosaic table and a large pot with our own olive tree. The lighting is also new.
The patio with cacti, plants and an olive tree.
Lovingly selected the new plants autumn 2026.
Our naya restyled in 2026.
The naya is furnished with a long table and a lounge set. A restyling took place in 2026 with a pendant lamp, cushions, new tables and a warm color of the walls.
Perhaps our favorite place to read a book under the naya. Chair is great and a nice view despite the low seat.
The view from the reading chair.
The beautiful tosca arches in the house. It leads to the front door, two bedrooms and bathroom, the living room/dining/kitchen area and the patio.
The dining room with a new atmospheric lamp.
The living room with new curtains and TV. TV is connected to a router to make maximum use of fiber optic internet.
From the living room the stairs go up to the master bedroom and down to the swimming pool and outdoor kitchen.
The kitchen with all appliances, gas stove, combi oven / microwave, dishwasher and fridge / freezer.
The stairs to the upstairs bedroom.
The upstairs bedroom with a large box spring mattress 200 by 180 cm, air conditioning and fitted wardrobes.
The painting is by a Polish artist. The paintings in the living room, hall and dining room are also hers.
The new walk-in shower (2022) with the same natural stone wall tiles as the floor tiles.
The second bedroom with built-in wardrobe, 2 box spring mattresses of 200 by 90 cm and air conditioning.
The painting on the wall is new (2023). We like it very much.
The 3rd bedroom also with built-in wardrobes, 2 box spring mattresses of 200 by 90 cm and air conditioning.
The painting on the wall reminds us of the long sandy beach north of Denia.
The bathroom downstairs next to the 2nd and 3rd bedroom.
A brand new central heating throughout the house (2022).
The beautiful wide road to the house.
