Luxury Beach Villa Moraira EL PORTET is located in one of the most beautiful and best locations in Moraira: only 750 meters walk from the most beautiful beach of Moraira "El Portet" and 1400 meters to the center. The villa is very privately located in the popular residential area "El Portet" overlooking the valley.

The high-quality recently completely renovated and attractively furnished villa (with lovely underfloor heating, jacuzzi and heated swimming pool for the winter), is south facing and has the sun all day.

The villa has a cozy living room with wood-burning fireplace, open, luxurious kitchen with modern appliances and a large sliding door that gives direct access to the partly covered terrace (naya) and the garden with swimming pool. There are plenty of lounge and shade areas in and around the pool.

The villa has on the ground floor 2 spacious, very charming bedrooms with large fitted wardrobes and a modern bathroom. The first floor has a large master bedroom with ensuite its own bathroom and a spacious terrace with great views of the surroundings. Also on this floor the 4th, well-sized, bedroom and the 3rd modern bathroom. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning (hot and cold).

Next to the house is an attractive, second covered terrace (naya) with a large lounge sofa, a covered dining table with outdoor kitchen and a jacuzzi. The tropical plants (including a beautiful old olive tree) around the house also create a great holiday atmosphere.

The villa is very comfortable and luxuriously furnished including sonos boxes and automatic blinds (upstairs). It has, among other things. luxurious, new beds of generous size such as a lovely Pullman box spring of 2.00 x 1.80m in the master. Each bedroom has a variety of pillows so that there is a suitable and comfortable one for everyone. The villa also has a very complete and high-quality kitchen equipment, large storage room with washing machine and dryer, outdoor toilet and there is ample parking on site. The underfloor heating makes this house easy to live in all year round!
