Can Loma is an attractive, fully renovated finca in Moraira where authentic charm and contemporary comfort come together. We created a house where we like to stay: warm, relaxed and stylish, with a lot of attention to atmosphere and the Mediterranean outdoors.
What makes Can Loma special? You don't really need a car here. The beach, the lively center of Moraira, restaurants, shops, tennis and padel facilities are all within walking distance. At the same time, you will stay in a quiet environment where you can fully enjoy privacy, the outdoors and the Mediterranean atmosphere.
The finca can accommodate up to 6 people and has three attractive bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Everyone has their own space and Can Loma is ideal for a stay with family or friends.
The bright living space forms the heart of the house. There is a cozy sitting area with TV and fireplace, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook and dine together. Authentic elements are combined with contemporary furnishings, giving the house a warm and personal feel.
Outside, the real Mediterranean life begins. Around the private pool are spacious terraces with various places to have breakfast, have an extensive lunch, have an aperitif or relax with a book. The garden is surrounded by Mediterranean plants and fruit trees, including lemon, orange and fig trees. On hot days, the pool provides cooling and in the evening it is wonderful to dine outside and enjoy it for a long time.
