This comfortable single-storey villa has 2 bedrooms with air conditioning, 1 spacious bathroom with shower and toilet, spacious living room with sitting area, dining room and open kitchen that is beautifully decorated by recognized interior design company with ocean-colored oak floor and custom furniture.
Outside there is a covered terrace with private swimming pool where you can eat with a view of the sea and relax. To the left is a small garden with BBQ.

You don't have to look far for a delicious dinner either, a 10-minute drive to Moraira with a lively atmosphere with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars.
A 20-minute drive takes you to the lively non-mass tourism Javea/Xabia where you can soak up a real holiday atmosphere on the beautiful boulevard on the beautiful sandy beach with numerous delicious restaurants, shops, bars and nightlife.
Also within a radius of 30 minutes drive you will arrive at many beautiful small cozy beaches.
At 5 minutes you have many hiking trails for nature lovers along the rocks.
For golf enthusiasts, Club de Golf Javea is a 10-minute drive away and Club de Golf Ifach is a 19-minute drive away in Benissa.

Property is equipped with gas central heating and air conditioning heating.

Bookings can be made from Saturday to Saturday.

Bed and bath linen + tea towels can also be requested (€20 p.p./week, 2 weeks €26 p.p. 3 weeks €32 p.p.)
Final cleaning €135.

Electricity/gas costs will be deducted from the deposit at the end of the stay.

Receipt:
Guests are received by a Dutch/English/Spanish speaking key manager
who brings the guests to the house and gives a word of explanation and also takes care of the check-out.
