This comfortable ground floor villa has 2 bedrooms with air conditioning, 1 spacious bathroom with shower and toilet, spacious living room with sitting area, dining room and open kitchen that is beautifully decorated by a recognized interior design company with ocean-colored oak floors and custom furniture.
Outside has a covered terrace with a private swimming pool where you can enjoy a delicious meal with a view of the sea and relax. To the left is a small garden with BBQ.

You don't have to go far for a delicious dinner either, a 10-minute drive to Moraira with a lively atmosphere with numerous shops, restaurants and bars.
A 20-minute drive takes you to the lively, non-mass tourism Javea/Xabia where you can soak up the real holiday atmosphere on the beautiful boulevard on the beautiful sandy beach with numerous wonderful restaurants, shops, bars and nightlife.
Also within a radius of 30 minutes drive you will reach many beautiful small cozy beaches.
At 5 minutes you have many hiking trails for nature lovers along the rocks.
For golf enthusiasts, Club de Golf Javea is a 10-minute drive away and Club de Golf Ifach is a 19-minute drive away in Benissa.

Reception:
Guests are welcomed by a Dutch/English/Spanish speaking key manager
who takes the guests to the house and gives a word of explanation and also takes care of the check-out.
