Casa Néna is a great apartment located in Moraira, near the sea and about 15 minutes walk from Moraira center, beach and the beautiful golf course Club de Golf Ifach. And close to entertainment roads from where you can visit beautiful places such as Javea, Altea or Denia. Alicante & Valencia can be reached within an hour by car.

The apartment has been completely renovated, is located on a quiet road and has a spacious beautiful roof terrace on the south, with lots of privacy, awning and electric barbeque. Complex features nice swimming pool, outdoor shower, sun terrace surrounded by a beautiful garden.
You enter the apartment via a private staircase, with private parking right in front of the door. The apartment has a spacious living room (with fireplace) and sunny dining room with sliding doors to the roof terrace. From the dining room you enter the spacious roof terrace, located on the south with a beautiful view of the garden and the swimming pool, with 2 large awnings and 6 person dining table + barbeque and 2 sun beds.

The apartment has a good fiber optic connection with excellent working wifi. There is also an iron + board in the apartment.

Due to its good south-facing location, the apartment is also ideal for a stay in the colder months.
There is a lot of sun in the house and can be heated with the air conditioning if necessary.

The apartment is not rented to groups of young people. Parties and celebrations not allowed. Pets are not allowed.
