The living room with dining and sitting area is comfortable and stylish. The kitchen is very well equipped and equipped with a hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher and a large selection of kitchen utensils. Casa Evita has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom 1: one double bed. Bathroom 1: shower, toilet and sink. Bedroom 2: one double bed. Bathroom 2: has a bath/shower combination, toilet and sink. Bedroom 3: two single beds. All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning .

The outdoor life of Casa Evita
Casa Evita offers a wonderful outdoor life with two terraces for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The spacious terrace on living room level has a dining table and is perfect for meals or board games. The shared swimming pool with separate children's pool is ideal for families, and private parking is available. Particularities
– Minimum stay of 7 nights.
– In the period from July to August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday. In the other months, arrival and departure is possible on any day of the week. However, your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be at least 7 nights between bookings.

Winter rental
Casa Evita is very suitable for a winter stay. Winter rental applies from November 1 to March 31. The villa is heated by central heating, the costs for which are €84 per week and are included in the rental price.
