Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

We adjust our prices based on a variety of factors, including the time of year, visitor demand, and the seasons. We believe in fair pricing that takes into account the unique characteristics and circumstances of each period.

During busy holiday periods or popular events, prices may be higher due to increased demand for accommodation. In quieter seasons or off-peak periods, we may be able to offer lower fares to meet the needs of travelers looking for a more relaxed experience.

We strive to be transparent about our pricing and are always available to answer any questions they may have and help our guests find the perfect accommodation for their needs and budget.

Cancellation policy:

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot or does not want to accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must inform the landlord immediately. A notification of this by telephone must always be followed up with a written confirmation (via e-mail) to the landlord.

If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he owes 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks before the start date, 50%; and from 2 weeks until the start date of the rental period, 75%.

If the tenant only informs the landlord on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, the full rent is due.
