This beautiful holiday villa in picturesque Javea guarantees a relaxing holiday with sun, sea, beach, nature and culture.

The villa is equipped with air conditioning (now in every bedroom), heat pump boiler, solar panels, a large swimming pool with terrace and outdoor kitchen, large enclosed garden with electric entrance gate and (covered) parking.

The villa consists of a large naya (type of conservatory) overlooking the terrace, swimming pool and garden. In the naya there is a 6-person dining area and a cozy sitting area. From the naya you enter the spacious, cozy living room with a sitting area by the fireplace and a dining area. The living room also has a large television (120cm) with soundbar (blue thooth), you receive Dutch channels via the Canal Digitaal app on the TV. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, gas hob, double sink and is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery and all kinds of kitchen utensils.
The stove runs on a small gas bottle.
The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, both with toilet and one bathroom with bath.

The house is equipped with an energy-efficient heat pump boiler for hot water.
Air conditioning (energy label A++) is also available in all bedrooms and the living room.

In the garden there is a large private swimming pool (10x5) with a very spacious terrace with adjacent outdoor kitchen where you can keep your drink cool in a refrigerator. Furthermore, the outdoor kitchen is equipped with a sink/water, fixed (Gas) barbecue and a seating area.

The villa is equipped with solar panels. There is a 50% discount on the energy consumption of the solar panels.

The washing machine is located in the pump house of the swimming pool with a clothes dryer next to it.

The villa is fully furnished, complete with garden chairs/sunbeds/hammocks. The plot is approximately 2200 m2 and has a lot of privacy. The swimming pool is cleaned weekly, even twice a week in the summer, and the garden is maintained by a landscaping company.
