CasaLinde is located near the pleasant center of Dénia. The house has a beautiful attached guest house complete with bathroom en suite. The garden is completely sheltered, has several terraces and a Jacuzzi (26 to 37 degrees) and a complete outdoor kitchen. Beach is within walking distance and mountains nearby. So there are plenty of options for both cyclists and walkers. There are also 2 large supermarkets nearby. A typical Spanish and a LIDL
CasaLinde has 6 standard bicycles, with gears. There are also 2 child seats for the bicycles available.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that all bicycles will always work properly. Then we will discuss the possibilities to resolve this as quickly as possible.
The water from the taps at CasaLinde is drinkable and because of the recently connected extra water purification with special filter, the water also tastes great.
The house is suitable for 2 to a maximum of 8 people and is equipped with a modern new kitchen, which is fully equipped.
CasaLinde is, precisely because of its very convenient location, but also because of the excellent central heating. if desired, supplemented with the wood-burning stove and complete furnishings, also extremely suitable for the winter months. So great for hibernators.
Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own bathroom/toilet. In addition, each bedroom has air conditioning!
The house and garden guarantee your complete privacy due to the fact that the garden is completely separated by a beautiful hedge of typical Spanish oleanders.
There are several terraces around the house, completely sheltered and covered or not. The mild maritime climate of this part of the Costa Blanca is known for its long summers, often with a wonderful breeze.
This costa is also known for its pleasant sunny winters, which is why it is often 'summery' at CasaLinde.
From the house you can walk to a beach or to the shops in about 10 minutes. With the available (included in the rent!) bicycles, it is even easier to go to the beach or to drive to the pleasant center. You can also get there by car in no time. The bicycles must of course be in the same condition at the beginning and end of the rental period
The covered front terrace is equipped with a large lounge set. Where it is wonderful to be both summer and winter. Enjoy the first rays of the sun in the morning and a beautiful sunset in the evening.
The terraces around exude a Spanish atmosphere.
The extra side terrace with comfortable sunbeds is adjacent to the JACUZZI.
The large jacuzzi is a real treat outside the summer months.
Everything related to the rental of our house, we leave to our friend John. The house is therefore always in tip-top condition. In other words, super clean, the beds made and the heating turned on in winter before you arrive.
Pets are not allowed with us for several reasons!
