Our lovely and attractive house is located in the lee of the Montgo mountain (which also makes it pleasant to stay in winter), with a beautiful view over the valley, close to the beautiful 27-hole golf course of La Sella and located in a beautifully landscaped quiet residential area of Javea.
House layout
On the ground floor there is the living room, an open kitchen with all appliances, a patio and a large covered terrace with fantastic views over the Javea valley, new table, chairs and a lounge set, 2 spacious bedrooms with box spring mattresses and a bathroom with shower door. . This bathroom also contains the washing machine and dryer.
From the living room you can reach the first floor via an open staircase. There is a large bedroom with a box-spring mattress, a private bathroom and a beautiful view over the valley. The bathroom has a new walk-in shower (2022) with the same travertine tiles on the walls as on the floor.
There is also a staircase leading down from the living room.
Downstairs there are fitted cupboards for the outdoor kitchen and the entrance to the covered terrace with a new fully equipped outdoor kitchen.
The outdoor kitchen has a large fridge/freezer combination, beautiful travetin countertop, dishwasher and a luxurious Weber Genesis gas barbecue. There is a large teak monastery table with 8 comfortable chairs.
At the swimming pool (10 x 5 m) and the outdoor kitchen there is a luxurious outdoor shower with hot and cold water (large boiler) and a separate toilet.
In addition to fruit trees and grape plants, the garden also contains several large, decades-old trees where you can sit in the shade with a beautiful view of the Montgo, garden and the valley. From 2023, all plants will receive automatic irrigation. In the evening, the palm trees in the garden can be illuminated.
From the outdoor kitchen, you walk onto the large terrace to the south-facing swimming pool (10 x 5m) and the almost flat, fully landscaped garden (1,800 m2) with large lawn (football goal available). The swimming pool was re-pointed in 2021.
The floor tiles in the house, around the house, the outdoor kitchen, the veranda and the pool terrace have all been replaced and are now the same beautiful sand-colored travertine tiles.
There has been new central heating since 2022 based on an energy-efficient heat pump Vailliant 125/6.
