De keuken heeft uitzicht op de straat.
Ook aan de voorzijde van het appartement, ruimte om te kunnen genieten van de avondzon. Geen hoogbouw voor de deur.

Het is een heel mooi zwembad in prachtige tuin waar je vele vogeltjes hoort zingen. Je komt helemaal tot rust.

De wasmachine staat buiten het appartement in een ruime kast waar ook de reserve tuinstoelen staan die je mee kan nemen naar de zee of naar het zwembad om daar te genieten van de rust
De wijk is rustig net buiten het toeristen gebied met wel behoud van gezelligheid. en typische Spaanse huizen in de omgeving
Op loopafstand een heerlijk zandstrand, met veel horeca, ook direct aan het strand.

The closed complex has a lovely swimming pool, both for adults and a children's section. There are also showers at the pool and there are lovely sun loungers and shade areas around the pool.
