Luxurious, spacious detached villa for 2-8 people (4 adults + approx. 4 children up to about 16 years old). The villa has a beautiful garden with a spacious swimming pool (10-5m), a large lounge sofa, an outdoor shower and an outdoor kitchen with BBQ, pizza oven, paella pan and fridge. The large dining table is under a canopy. Under the palm trees there is a lovely lounge sofa. There are also sunbeds, lounge chairs and umbrellas and there is a small field for football, badminton or yoga. The villa has 5 bedrooms (all with air conditioning) and 4 bathrooms each with toilet (1 en-suite to the master bedroom). The living rooms and bedrooms are spacious and bright and stylishly furnished. Two bathrooms have recently been renovated. The villa has air conditioning (also for heating), WIFI, TV with Dutch, Spanish and German channels. The kitchen has a large fridge and freezer, a 5-burner induction stove, an oven with grill, microwave, kettle, toaster and Nespresso machine. There is a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and vacuum cleaner.
The rental period is a minimum of 11 nights.

The villa is located in La Xara, a village bordering Denia, in the middle of the orange fields and overlooking the mountain of La Sella. From the roof terrace there is a sea view.
Nearest supermarket is a 5-minute drive away. The beautiful beaches and the center and port of Denia and the Montgo mountain can be reached within 10-15 minutes. La Sella golf course and horse riding 5 minutes drive away. The area is great for hiking, cycling and water sports. A 10-minute drive away is the Els Molins beach where windsurfing boards and sups can be rented and lessons are also given. Also 10 minutes' drive away, in Oliva, is an outdoor go-kart track.
For a city trip, Valencia and Alicante can be reached within just over an hour and closer by there are many nice coastal towns such as Denia, Javea, Altea, Moraira, with paradisiacal beaches and many restaurants and shops.
