Casa Uno, Between Jávea and Dénia

Our apartment is located on Comunidad Los Lagos. One of the most beautiful urbanizations of Jávea, built in all Spanish style, at the foot of the Montgó. The complex is completely fenced and only accessible by means of a gate with code lock. 

CasaUno! is located on the first floor and suitable for 2 adults (possibly a 3rd person possible in consultation) The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator (including freezer), dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, Phillips L'Or coffee maker and kettle. 

In the living room there is a three-seater sofa and armchair (also 1-person sleeping place). (Smart)TV with Dutch channels (NLziet) and Netflix. 

Through the living room you have access to a spacious balcony, located on the south, with lounge sofa and large awning. From here you have partial views of the valley and the village of Gata de Gorgos. 

The bedroom has a spacious double bed (180x200) that can also be pushed apart to create two separate single beds. Bathroom with bath/shower, toilet, bidet and sink with mirror. New, quiet air conditioning systems have been installed in the living room and bedroom that can be used for cooling and/or heating. On the small balcony on the garden side is a bistro set with two chairs. From here you have a beautiful view of the fantastic garden, the swimming pool and the Montgó. 

Washer / dryer combination, drying rack, ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner and sunbeds are available and available for use. The large communal garden with lovely swimming pool (with various depths) are a real added value for this stay and exude TRANQUILITY! 

The imposing nature reserve 'Montgó' is adjacent to the complex and is accessible via a forest path. From here one of the hiking trails to the top of the Montgó also starts. In the area you will find numerous hiking trails from easy to more challenging walks. 

The apartment is only a 10-minute drive to the cozy old town of Jávea and about 15 minutes to the harbor or the Arenal sandy beach with cozy boulevard. 
The somewhat larger and well-known town of Dénia, with about 20 kilometers of sandy beaches, is also about a 15-minute drive away. 

Furthermore, the house is ideally located as a base for various trips to Moraira, Altea and Calpe, among others . Benidorm is about a 30-minute drive or 1.5 hours by tram. The tram runs a very nice route along the coast so definitely fun to do!

For golf enthusiasts, the 9-hole golf course La Sella Golf is a 3-minute drive away and Club de Golf Jávea, also a 9-hole one, is a 15-minute drive away. And for water sports you can go to, among others. Jávea where there is the possibility to rent a boat and/or jet ski. 

The cities of Valencia and Alicante are also easily accessible for a visit, both about 1 hour drive from the apartment!
