- A spacious bedroom - the bedroom has a comfortable bed of 1.60x2.00 cm, ample closet space and a sliding door to the terrace.
- Modern bathroom - the bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower, a sink with storage space, a toilet, a cupboard for toiletries, towels and bath towels.
- Spacious and bright living room - the living room is furnished with a large, comfortable sofa, a TV cabinet with a smart TV, free wifi and a sliding door with access to the terrace.
- Open and fully equipped kitchen - the kitchen is fully equipped: large fridge with freezer / 4-burner induction hob with extractor hood / microwave / built-in oven / dishwasher / Nespresso coffee machine / Nespresso milk frother / kettle / toaster / plenty of glasses, plates, cutlery and cooking utensils / towels and tea towels / plastic glasses for use in the pool.

Terrace:
The apartment has a very spacious terrace where you can relax. There is a comfortable lounge chair and a cozy round dining table with four chairs.
The ideal place to quietly drink a cup of coffee in the morning, have an extensive breakfast or have a nice meal together in the evening and enjoy the wonderful Spanish atmosphere.
Facilities in the urbanization:
Swimming pool & relaxation
During your stay you can enjoy the beautiful communal swimming pool for free. Surrounded by palm trees and tropical plants, this is the perfect place to relax, enjoy the Spanish sun for a few hours or cool off in the water.
With comfortable sunbeds and an outdoor shower, everything is there for a relaxing day by the pool. The youngest guests can also enjoy themselves in the separate children's pool.
A wonderful place to do nothing at all and fully enjoy the Spanish holiday feeling.
Elevator: There is an elevator that goes from the ground floor to the first floor. At the moment, the lift is not yet operational.
Location: Everything close by – the ideal location
One of the great advantages of our apartment is its fine location. From here you can easily discover Dénia on foot and have everything you need for a wonderful holiday at your fingertips.
🌿 Montgó nature reserve
Just a few minutes' walk away the Montgó nature reserve begins. Put on your walking shoes and discover beautiful hiking trails, beautiful views and special nature.
⚓ Port of Dénia
In about 25 minutes you can walk to the cozy harbor. Enjoy the marina, attractive terraces, restaurants and the liveliness of the water. Boats also depart from the port to Ibiza and Formentera, among others. Also nice as a trip!
🍷 Cozy center
The attractive center of Dénia is also easily accessible on foot (within 25 minutes) Stroll through the cozy streets, discover nice shops and enjoy tapas, a good glass of wine and the real Spanish atmosphere. If you like culture, a visit to the castle of Dénia is definitely worth it.
🏖️ Sun, sea & beach
Dénia has miles of sandy beaches, cozy bays and plenty of opportunities to enjoy the Mediterranean Sea. Whether you want to laze on the beach or fancy supping, sailing or snorkeling – there is something for everyone.

Discover Dénia
Dénia is a beautiful and lively coastal town on the Costa Blanca and is known as a gastronomic hotspot and UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy. From cozy tapas bars and international restaurants to nice shops and supermarkets; everything is close by.
There is also plenty of choice for the active holidaymaker: take a nice bike ride, go hiking, padel, golf or discover the Mediterranean Sea with one of the many water sports options.
Do you want to get out and about? Visit the atmospheric towns of Jávea, Moraira and Altea, take a day trip to Valencia or Alicante or book a wonderful trip with a catamaran from the harbor. And for wine lovers, there are several beautiful wine bodegas to discover in the area.
