Complex
The complex is within walking distance of the cozy harbor, the center of Denia and the beach. An electric entrance gate gives access to 1 closed covered parking space under the complex. The apartment on the second floor can be reached via an elevator from the parking garage. Access to the gated complex is also possible through a secure entrance gate with a concierge.  Through the entrance gate you enter a beautifully landscaped garden with communal (children's) swimming pool, playground equipment and a communal building in which the fitness room is located.

Apartment
The apartment is located on the second floor and has a spacious south-facing terrace overlooking the courtyard garden, the pool and the breathtaking Montgo mountains. The terrace has a 6-person dining table and a lounge area. The entire apartment (including the 3 bedrooms) has air conditioning.

Bedrooms and bathrooms
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms have a double bed and 1 bedroom has 2 single beds. All bedrooms can be provided with linen, bath and hand towels. There are two bathrooms, both with a sink, shower and a toilet.

A fully equipped modern kitchen with a dishwasher, induction hob, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a washing machine.

Living/dining room
Beautiful modern and stylishly furnished living room with a corner sofa, coffee table and a smart TV with Dutch channels. The dining room consists of a 6-seater dining table and 6 chairs. 

Bed linen/towels/final cleaning
Bed linen and towels can be rented for 12.50 euros per person. The final cleaning costs 150 euros and is mandatory.

Other
The apartment has WIFI, a smart TV, is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.

Airports 
Dénia is about an hour's drive from both Alicante and Valencia airports.
