Welcome to Casa de Alegría, a quiet mountain setting in Monte Pedreguer on the North Costa Blanca.
Located just 15 minutes from the beaches and coastal towns of Dénia and Jávea, the apartment offers a peaceful base away from the busier tourist areas, while still within easy reach of the coast.
Surrounded by open landscape, mountain air, and Mediterranean light, this is a place to slow down, rest, and enjoy a more grounded rhythm of living.
THE PROPERTY
The apartment is a self-contained 31 m² space, designed for simplicity and comfort.
A car is recommended due to the elevated and quieter location. The nearest town, Pedreguer, is a 7-minute drive away, or approximately a 45-minute walk via a steep paved path.
There are local taxi services available from Pedreguer, though these generally require advance booking.
For those needing a stable connection, an ethernet cable is available, providing a direct wired connection from the router.
INSIDE YOU WILL FIND:

• seating area and small table within the bedroom
• fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, air fryer, steamer, kettle, toaster and coffee machine

GUEST ACCESS
The apartment is located beneath the main house where your hosts live.
Access is via a shared front gate, with a separate entrance and pathway leading to the apartment.

• outdoor kitchen and garden spaces
Some areas of the property are shared or accessed occasionally by the hosts (e.g. outdoor gym and yoga studio access), but your privacy and comfort are respected throughout your stay.
There is only one guest apartment on the property.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
We are available during your stay if needed and live on the property. We respect your space while remaining available for support where required.

Utilities are included. If you make significant use of air conditioning, heating or BBQ, you are welcome to leave a small contribution in the honesty jar.
