The apartment is located in Altea, very close to the golf course and only 8 minutes from the best beaches in the area.

Its impressive terraced views in front of the Mediterranean Sea is an unbeatable experience. Stretching on one of the hammocks, enjoying an afternoon reading in the outdoor chill out area, swimming in the pool are some of our recommendations.

Sports and wellness lovers can find several trekking routes pretty close to the property and if you are more into golf you will have access to the Altea Golf club located to a few minutes from the property.

The interior of the house stands out for its spaciousness and clarity where the ventilation is perfect thanks to all its outbuildings with direct access to the terrace.

The apartment is divided:

• Living room room with direct access to terrace, SmartTv, Wifi, Netflix etc

• Bedroom 1, main: King size bed, private bathroom with bath and one sink, direct access to the terrace, views of the sea and mountains.

• Bedroom 2: two children's beds, direct access to the terrace, sea and hills views.

• Terrace: Chill out area, sunbeds, jacuzzi and dinning table for 10 people with amazing views to the Altea bay and the Bernia Hills.

Fully large equipped kitchen where you will find a toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and a microwave.

Access to the apartment will be through the car park as a private parking space will be provided, additionally a second one could be provided under request.

Cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this to the host via email or phone
The host will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the guess:

For short term reservations (less than 28 nights)

Cancellation with more than 10 days before the start of the rental period: Free of charge
Cancellation less than 10 days before the start and more than 2 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the total rental price
Cancellation less than 2 days before the start of the rental period: No refund

For long term reservations (more than 28 nights)

Cancellation with more than 31 days before the start of the rental period: Free of charge
Cancellation less than 31 days before the start of the rental period and more than 5 days before the start: 40% of the total rental price
Cancellation less than 5 days before the start of the rental period: No refund
