We are happy with this cozy house, with sea view(!) in our offer. Just a 15-minute walk to the sea for swimming and snorkeling and in about 20 minutes you can walk to the bay of Caleta de l'Advocat with, throughout the year, a nice terrace to eat and drink. Villa Benissa Blanca is a typical Spanish villa, located in a quiet area and equipped with all modern conveniences. It is a detached villa with 3 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, a private pool and several terraces surrounding the villa.
LAYOUT VILLA BENISSA BLANCA
The villa has two floors and is therefore very suitable for 2 families or couples. On the road you will find the lockable carport, suitable for 1 car. A possible second car can be parked at the dead end road. Via a staircase you arrive at the lower and cozy living floor. Here is the small living room with air conditioning, sitting area, dining table, and a beautiful view. The separate kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner electric hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee maker. Bedroom 1: Spacious bedroom with two single beds (90x200), again that beautiful view, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and a Smart TV with streaming options and Dutch channels. You will also find a bathroom with bath, separate shower, sink, and toilet on this floor. Outside there is a cozy terrace with lounge set, a wonderful place for your breakfast or cup of coffee.
The second spacious main floor is located above the first floor and can be reached via a staircase outside. You enter, through a terrace with beautiful views, the dining room with round dining area. Then there is a cozy living room with a nice sitting area, air conditioning, a Smart TV (streaming options and Dutch channels) and a fully equipped semi-open kitchen with a fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, 3-burner induction hob, hand blender, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee maker. Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x200). Bedroom 3: a double bed (150 x 200). All bedrooms have air conditioning, mosquito nets and fitted wardrobes. Second bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
OUTSIDE AT VILLA BENISSA BLANCA
From the living room of the top floor you come outside to the lovely swimming pool of 7 x 4 meters with 6 sunbeds, outdoor shower, umbrellas and a lovely lounge sofa with canopy. The pool offers a lot of privacy and a beautiful view of the surroundings and the sea.
Next to the villa, via a few steps, is a terrace with a large dining table for 6 people and a gas barbecue. A wonderful place for hours of cozy dining. The villa is detached, so you can walk all the way around the villa, the garden is beautifully landscaped, with colorful flowers, several types of fruit trees, palm trees, outdoor lighting and various terraces on different levels.

- In the period from July to August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Sunday.
- We recommend renting a car at this destination.
- Due to the height differences, the house may be less suitable for young children. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

STAY IN THE WINTER MONTHS
Villa Benissa Blanca is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is valid from November 1 to March 31. The house is heated via central heating, fireplace and air conditioning.
For information regarding the regulations in the Valencia/Costa Blanca region:
A stay of equal to or less than 10 nights is considered a tourist rental. A stay of equal to or more than 11 nights is considered a short-term rental according to the law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana and for which you sign a short-term rental contract before arrival.
