Villa 2-10 p with sea view and pool

NB! Our villa meets all hygiene guidelines.
The villa is located in a quiet area with lots of privacy around and on the property.
Recently completely restyled in Ibiza style.

The space
The villa is divided into 2 floors. The main residence is on the top floor, accessible by a staircase. Here are 2 bedrooms with two double beds, 2 toilets, bathroom with washing machine and dryer, kitchen, living room and veranda. From the veranda there is a sea view and a beautiful view of the swimming pool, terrace and forest. To stay for 2 to 4 people.

Access for guests
Downstairs is a guest house with 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and a living room with a sofa bed. This sofa bed can easily be converted into a double bed. There is also a kitchen and bathroom with toilet. Total with upper floor and guest house to use for 8 people.
PLEASE NOTE: Children up to the age of 16 are allowed on the sofa bed in the downstairs apartment. The villa is then suitable for 10 people.

There is a golf course nearby. In the summer you can also dive nearby and there are excursions on jet skis to Cap de la Nau in Javea (highly recommended). You can also rent pedal boats on the beach in Moraira. For the daredevils, you can parasail behind a boat.

Altea is a beautiful authentic town with boulevards but also an 'old town'. But Benissa and Moraira are also nice authentic Spanish villages. Cycling in Valencia is highly recommended for a day trip. You can easily run, walk or cycle between Altea and Albir. And the one hour walk to the lighthouse back and forth is a must.

If you like painting, we recommend Anne Wittebol's painting workshop in Lliber. In 1 day you can make a beautiful painting of a subject of your choice. Her husband Rob provides beautiful walks through the mountains.

We have a Dutch-speaking manager couple (also speaks Spanish, German and English) who are easily accessible for questions or problems.

The villa is in the warm air current from Morocco in the winter months. This area has wonderful temperatures in winter. This area is known as the healthiest climate in Europe.

When we rented this villa from friends in the summer of 2015 to celebrate a holiday with our 5 children and supporters, we really enjoyed the peace, the proximity of the beach, restaurants, fun and much more. When it became known that she wanted to sell it, we didn't hesitate for a moment. For some time now we have had the wish to buy a holiday home to spend our holidays with the children, but also to be able to share it with others. And believe us, it is still quite exciting to go through all the steps to get everything done. Fortunately, we were well guided. For us, this is truly a unique holiday home to relax and unwind and enjoy the wonderful Spanish life.

Families, families and couples in particular like to stay with us. Our house is not suitable for groups of friends who want to enjoy the nightlife.

Location & area recommendations

Additional information

Our latest discoveries (Nov 2021): • Olla Beach Bar, recently opened at the bottom of the beach of L'Olla, run by Flemish people, great for lunch and a drink. • Quinoa in Altea from Spanish ladies, delicious lunch and shopping in one. • Shabby & Chic in Altea, Old Town, we had a really lovely dinner here. • Castello, Old Town, we ate pizza at midnight! • Restaurante il Giardino Nova Bussola, Altea la Vella, phenomenal Italian!! • Meliton, Altea la Vella, delicious food in the garden, traditionally made dishes, delicious! Cities/villages: We have further explored Moraira, in less than half an hour you are in this beautiful city where you can shop and eat. Villajoyosa: Is a former fishing village, houses painted in all kinds of colors, right on the beach, well worth a visit! In the village there is a small local market, where you can buy food and have it prepared in the cafe in front of the door. The Italian next door is also top notch. Old town Calpe: A visit is highly recommended, stroll through the small Spanish streets, if you like Spanish .. the shopping street of Calpe is also recommended if you want to shop. Alicante: Visit the castle, great history and great views! Guadalest: Visit the ruins and the beautiful azure blue reservoir and the nice shops during the route to the ruins. Also a beautiful car route to Guadalest! Benissa: Casa del Maco, Partida Pou Roig 15 03720 Benissa – Lleus (discovered June 2019). This restaurant is a true experience. A Flemish restaurant with a cuisine at star level (they don't want a star). Of course slightly more expensive than another restaurant but this was so tasty. We found the price/quality ratio to be excellent. € 50,- for a don't know how many courses and snacks, dinner and a wine arrangement for € 25,-. Highly recommended! Restaurante il Giardino Nova Bussola: Still worth a story. If you want to sit with your group in a chic but accessible restaurant, this is the place to be! Top cuisine, top service and top ambiance. Never before had such a delicious Italian meal in such a beautiful romantic ambiance. What we also did is take the boat from Denia to Ibiza, in 3 hours you are on this amazing island. The fast supersonic ferry is an experience in itself. Altea beach: In Altea you will find one after the other restaurant and bar on the boulevard (on the beach). - Zero Zero, between Altea and Albir, has a Dutch owner, and you can eat and drink here and sit comfortably. - L'Opera, Altea is a lunchroom of a Dutch owner and you can have a good breakfast and lunch here, it is always busy here. - Columbus, Altea, breakfast, lunch or dinner here is an experience for young and old! We always fondue here and it's so much fun! - Buena Vista (also a Dutch owner) Benidorm: You love it or you hate it. A true amusement park. We always eat in the most famous tapas street of Benidorm and always at La Cava Aragonesa. Great tapas and the price is fine. And in Benidorm you will of course find all kinds of bars and nightlife. Brazilian restaurant La Galera is run by a Brazilian family and if you like meat, this is a place not to be missed. Address: La Galera Baja 7, Altea. Would you like to eat with Dutch people or watch football? Dutch Glory on the boulevard in Altea. You will also find Dutch and Belgian places in Benidorm. Do you just want to eat some nice fries? A Belgian snack bar is located in Albir. Shops: Nice shops are also Batik (Pont de Montcau) and Casa Mediterranea (c/Philharmonica) for gifts and decoration. A little further is Salmaia, a beautiful gallery with design stuff. There are also nice clothing shops in the street around the town hall of Altea and on the boulevard of Altea. Tapas: Ca Jaume, boulevard, past Tourist Office El Paladar, design tapas, at the beginning of the boulevard. Coffee and lunch: L'Espill, second part of the boulevard Eating on the boulevard: El Bodegon de Pepe, Spanish Hostal San Miguel, Spanish, near the Tourist Office Don't forget the Old Town! If you drive up in Altea, you will find all the nice restaurants in cozy shopping streets. It is wonderful to stay here with a magnificent view over Altea and Albir. Eating upstairs around the Plaza (Old Town Altea) Stromboli Oustau de Altea, with a star!! Crown of India, Indian food, perfect service, try to sit on the roof terrace, so romantic. Bistro Shabby Chic El Perro Negro Plant Shack, for breakfast and lunch, tasty Acai bowls Buena Vista (also a Dutch owner) For drinks or after dinner: Bar La Plaza At the beginning of the Camí del Po Other cool places: Denia, Moreira, Valencia (great for cycling and exploring the city, approx. an hour's drive)

With great pleasure we have celebrated our holiday in the house of Anita and Marcel. With 9 adults we had plenty of space and privacy. Inside and outside, both above and below a lot of living space. Above a covered terrace with great BBQ, under sun and shade on a spacious terrace that opens into a lovely pool. In the house is everything needed, the kitchen upstairs is well equipped and practically furnished. The sea is close by, especially in the summer season, various water sports facilities. In nearby Altea there is much to see and there are nice and good restaurants (Spanish and international) and terraces, Altea la Vella houses several nice eateries and shops for daily shopping. In the area and the hinterland are nice trips to make, there are also walking and cycling routes set out. A trip to the north (Calpe, Javea, Denia, Valencia and other places along the coast) or the south (Benidorm, especially the old town, Villajoyosa and Alicante) is also worthwhile. With Anita there was nice contact about all the ins and outs of the house. We would like to come back.

Anita's home was a lovely getaway for us. The separate apartments fit our family or 6 with room to spare. My parents and older son drags upstairs and we drag downstairs with our younger son. He was napped during the day there as it was very cool, quiet, and dark with the shades pulled down. Check in was easy and with Anita's colleague called Roel. He showed us around the property and was quick to reply when we had any questions. If you asked us for this we are very grateful! The pool was clean and in good condition and our family enjoyed swimming for hours each day. Keep in mind the pool is not closed and there are many stairs around the property so this is definitely not the ideal place for small children. The outdoor patio was always cool, just in the heat of the day and it was a lovely place to have dinner and wine after breakfast. The house is tastefully decorated and not full of unnecessary furniture. Bed were comfortable and the house was extremely clean when we arrived. The upstairs kitchen was well stocked. The downstairs kitchen was a little sparse as far as cooking pans but we all ate together upstairs so it was fine. The location of the home was ideal ... close to Altea and Calp and we spent a couple of days in both towns. Highly recommend Anita's place if you are a larger family traveling together. Cool, quiet, peaceful, tastefully decorated and a lovely base to enjoy the Costa Blanca region.

Une villa superbe, parfaite pour des vacances relaxantes. Plutôt isolé avec une belle vue!

A spacious villa in a beautiful setting. Enough sun, enough shade, a lovely pool. Fine cuisine. And very clean!

Benidorm: you love or you hate it.
Club Náutico Altea, marina of Altea.
Atmospheric shopping streets, restaurants and bars and a wonderful art market on the famous square near the church.
