The villa is quietly located, but you can reach several beaches and restaurants within 10 minutes. Golf enthusiasts can indulge themselves in this area, because there are no fewer than 3 beautiful golf courses within a short drive. A little further away is Cala Advocat, a small bay with pebbles and fine sand. You can enjoy a delicious dinner on the beach, regularly with live music. From the terrace of this holiday home with private swimming pool and from the villa you have a beautiful view of the sea. Sit down and enjoy! Outside there is a large dining table with a large tarpaulin providing shelter from the sun. Here you can enjoy a glass of wine and tapas or a delicious meal together.

Upper floor
You enter the living room from the terrace on the side of the house, which is tastefully decorated with a comfortable seating area and television. The open, modern kitchen with dining area is equipped with all amenities, including a coffee maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. There are three bedrooms, each with a double bed. One of the bedrooms has a modern ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The second bathroom also has a shower, toilet and sink. The third bedroom has access to the naya. Waking up with a sea view, who wouldn't want that?

Ground floor
You reach a studio via a staircase from the pool terrace. This is located under the house and has a nice living room/kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed and a modern bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. In the morning you can walk straight to the pool for a refreshing dip.

All bedrooms have air conditioning .

The outdoor life of Villa Miramar
Outside it is a wonderful place to stay. Villa Miramar has a spacious private swimming pool (8m x 4m) right in front of the door, surrounded by comfortable sunbeds and of course that breathtaking view ! It is the ideal location for a relaxing day at the pool or to relax after exploring the beach and the surroundings of Benissa. There is a spacious dining table where you can enjoy a delicious meal together or play fun games. During the day, a shade cloth provides some cooling. And for the enthusiasts there is even a table tennis table available!

Particularities
– In the period from July to August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday.
– In the other months, arrival and departure is permitted on any day of the week, but your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be at least 7 nights between bookings.

– The apartment will never be rented separately to other guests.
– We recommend that you rent a car at this destination.

Winter residence
Villa Miramar Benissa is suitable for a winter stay. Winter rental applies from November 1 to March 31. The villa is heated by central heating (gas).
