With the mosaic sofa and table with Spanish tiles, there is room for a large group.

The pool has the sun all day and is illuminated in the evening.

The air conditioning in the living room provides coolness in the summer months and a pleasant temperature in the winter... For the winter there is a well-functioning fireplace

The dining room is nice and light and spacious and located close to the kitchen, so all necessities are within reach.
The kitchen is fully equipped, practically furnished and easy to keep clean. A spacious refrigerator with three freezer drawers underneath.
If the weather is not so good, the naya is a great place for a good book or good music. Garden view and comfortable sofa
A second dining area has been placed in the naya: a wonderful place to have breakfast: view over the garden (with swimming pool) and facing south-east, so you can sit in the morning sun.

The house is located on the lot. So on all sides garden and plenty of places to sit, there is always somewhere shade or sun.
Through the electric remote controlled sliding gate you come to our site. There is also a walk in the gate door that can be opened without having the entire port. Opened separately

There are beautiful hiking trails around and on the Montgo mountain.

This picture has been left to be seen just outside the kitchen and left the east side of the house. The bougainvillea is beautiful all year around.

Javea has a beautiful bowl-shaped sandy beach "Arenal" with very pleasant boulevard. Many shops, restaurants and bars, where they form a pleasant crowd. Just 10 minutes from our house. Also, many Spaniards spend their holidays here with the whole family.
on the other side of the harbor town with lovely fish restaurants and the fish market. Here come the afternoon around 18:00 the fishing boats with their cargoes, which is an experience to behold. And you can immediately take fresh fish to prepare a nice Spanish meal ...
