Double villa, each room has air conditioning! Perfect WIFI also everywhere outside
Two outdoor kitchens with built-in barbecue, 1 on gas and 1 on briquettes/charcoal.

Our attractive villa, with private swimming pool, consists of two separate and very complete homes: "Casa Miguel" and "Casa Juan". Each home has its own entrance. This makes the villa ideal for couples or family friends who like to be able to choose between moments of togetherness or privacy. The villa is centrally located with Dénia and beaches close by.

The houses (vertically connected) are decorated differently, but are both very attractive and designed for multiple guests. Each house has a spacious living room and two bedrooms, all with air conditioning. There is also a bathroom and toilet in each bedroom. The kitchens are fully equipped with more than enough equipment and there are also several options outside to prepare a meal. In one of the outdoor kitchens or with a maxi Weber charcoal barbecue. There is an extra fridge/freezer combination in a separate room for the main outdoor terrace.

Both houses offer WIFI and Dutch television (equipped with a Chromecast)

There is a long dining table for each house, both inside and outside. Because we attach so much value to it ourselves, there is a variety of tableware to comfortably set the table. You can dine by the pool or on the covered veranda with panoramic views over the vast rice fields and orange groves.

There are several fruit trees in the terraced gardens around the house.
Depending on the time, you can: Pick and eat oranges, tangerines, grapefruits, lemons, apples, cherries or nectarines.
There is also no shortage of Mediterranean plants, such as olive trees, palms, yuccas, oleanders and the ever-flowering bougainvillea.

There are several terraces around the Villa, more or less sheltered and covered or not. Our five terraces have different atmospheres and are furnished with comfortable furniture.

The micro maritime climate on this part of the Costa Blanca is known for the long summers, often with a wonderful breeze, but also for the mild and often sunny winters.

The entire villa can accommodate a maximum of 10 people, in which case 2 people must use a sofa bed, which can be completely shielded by the existing folding screens.
Our young guests under the age of two have also been taken into consideration; a cot, high chair and toys are available.

Our water already comes from a source, but is additionally softened and purified by a special installation, making the drinking water (straight from the tap) of excellent taste and quality.

In the summer, during the Dutch major (school) holidays, we only rent the double villa in its entirety.

During the winter period we prefer to only rent Casa Miquel, which can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests during this period. Especially for that winter period, in addition to the central heating, you can also burn a cozy wood-burning stove.
