Sea view, privacy, private pool (chlorine free), lounge area, modern sun beds, outdoor kitchen and a large sunny terrace with palm trees on the south. The whole house is threshold free and therefore also suitable for disabled persons.
For the safety of your children, it is possible to close the pool with a special safety fence.
There is also a small football field including mini goals laid out as a playground for children.
All rooms / bedrooms are also air-conditioned. In and around the house you can use free internet via WIFI.
The living room and 2 bedrooms are equipped with a (Denon HEOS) wireless sound system, with which you can enjoy your favorite music wirelessly in all rooms (Spotify, Deezer, Souncloud or your own device).
The house has three modern bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, oven and microwave. Outside is a separate room with washing machine.
Moraira still has the cozy Spanish atmosphere and is a good base for hiking, water sports, cycling, mountain biking, golf and trips to Valencia (recommended!), Benidorm, Javea, Altea, Denia, Calpe and even Ibiza and Mallorca (by boat).
The center has a large choice of restaurants, bars, entertainment and there are several (types) beaches in the area.
