Ville La Bohemia

Our Ibiza Style villa is located in a quiet residential area on the green coastline of Benissa.
Villa la Bohemia is the ideal holiday villa for those who want to enjoy a holiday with each other or with friends/family in a tasteful setting, equipped with ALL modern conveniences. The location of the villa is ideal because it is close to many facilities; restaurants, shops, beach, golf course, villages and countless cycling routes.
We completely renovated our villa in 2016. You will find influences from both Africa and Ibiza. Since we spend more than 50% of our time in Africa, we like to open our villa every other month to families and friends who are looking for a holiday home where they feel at home and can dream away to other places.

Layout of the villa:
The villa is built on a slope, so you enter the villa on the top floor, while the garden is located lower on the ground floor.
The modern, airy interior, with plenty of natural light, can be described as 'simple luxury'. Luxury facilities such as air conditioning throughout the house guarantee a comfortable stay. Since we often travel through Africa, we have been able to give the villa a personal touch with unique objects such as masks, carpets and other wood sculptures.

Upper floor:
- open hallway with door to a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower | stairs to the bedroom at the top of the turret | walk through to the living room
- spacious bright living room with open kitchen, large dining table, lounge area with television, fireplace, doors to the terrace
- the kitchen is light and very spacious with all modern utilities: oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and plenty of storage space
- a large bedroom with a double four-poster bed, plenty of built-in wardrobe space, ensuite bathroom with sink with double sinks, spacious walk-in shower, toilet
- a staircase takes you to the bedroom with a large private terrace (4x4m), where you have your own place to wake up slowly or chill out at dusk.
- from the living room, doors open to the large covered terrace with dining table and a lovely lounge area with cushions and... a view of the sea.
- from the covered terrace a staircase leads to the pool area and the second living area

Ground floor:

- via the side of the house and via the swimming pool (heated to 28°) section you reach the living area on the ground floor
- you enter the living room with open kitchen, sitting area with television (DVD only)
- a hallway provides access to the three separate bedrooms, all with an ensuite bathroom (1 with a bath)

Garden:
- the garden of Villa la Bohemia was completely renovated at the end of June. A new petanque track was constructed.
- the swimming pool area has been expanded (twice as large as before), the swimming pool gives an infinity feel, a large white wall (beautifully decorated with olive trees and masks) guarantees your privacy, sunbeds with parasols are prepared for you
- the side of the garden is green, flowery and a bar with lounge has been created here, next to a petanque court. Lovely shady spot for an aperitif during a game
- there is a BBQ (gas)
- two cars can be parked on private land. Free parking is available on the street
