Casa Pietsa is located 3 kilometers from the lively center of Moraira. Here you are at the right place for cozy shopping streets, nice terraces and beautiful beaches. The small beach (at El Portet) is a nice place for snorkeling. The large beach (l' Ampollo) can be found near the center of Moraira. There is a large parking lot nearby, where there is always enough space. The golf enthusiasts among us can go to Club Ifach less than 3 kilometers away. You don't have to drive far for the larger supermarkets either. You will find Lidl, CarreFour and Pepe la Sal 4 km away. The Algi market, which is also open on Sundays, is only 2.5 km away. In the village at the roundabout with the big olive tree, you will find the tourist information. You can park for free in the large parking lot behind the town hall, except on Fridays, when there is a market. Make sure that you do not put the car there on Thursday evening, because of the market there is a towing arrangement in force. Benidorm is 38 km away and also less than 40 km from our Casa, is a village called Callosa and Sarria. In the natural park there, you can visit the fantastically beautiful waterfalls of Algar and there is also the possibility to swim there. The natural water is cold but especially in the middle of summer, very refreshing. This park is not only for the tourists, the locals also like to come to the waterfalls of Algar to swim in these natural pools. Also beautiful to visit is the village of Guadalest, which is a 52 km drive, but this is definitely worth it, because here is the castle of the same name. You can also take a beautiful walk around the Guadelest reservoir. You can also take brisk walks from Xalo - Jalon, this place is about 14 km from our house. Here is a nice extensive market on Saturdays definitely worth a visit. You can of course eat and drink in Moraira itself, there are many cozy terraces and restaurants.
