Strand bij Xeraco, een kleiner en rustiger plaatsje zonder boulevard maar wel met strandtentjes. Met name is het hoogseizoen is het hier een stuk rustiger dan in Gandia.

Zelfs het kleine dorpje Xeresa (op loopafstand van Casa Mas) heeft festivals waar je U tegen zegt. Deze foto’s zijn van Augustus met een week lang festiviteiten in het dorp.
De stad Gandia is een echte Spaanse stad en biedt cultuur en vertier.
Vanaf Casa Mas zijn er vele wandelmogelijkheden. Deze foto’s zijn van de Montduver (841 meter hoog) waar je prachtig uitzicht hebt over de omgeving.
En natuurlijk prachtig Valencia op 40 minuten rijden

The nice thing about the villa is the split level layout. Here you will see the entrance where you enter. Downstairs is living room/kitchen/dining/bathroom. Going upstairs are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.
Large bedroom with double bed (mattresses + topper) air conditioning, 1 closet 3 parts and 5 piece closet of which you can use 4 parts.

Here you look from the bedroom to the bathroom in the hall where you see the 2 other bedrooms.
Spacious blue bathroom with large bath/shower, separate shower and 2 sinks and 4 wall cabinets. WC_ system renewed as well as rain shower but otherwise kept in original style, was too beautiful and good.
Lovely large bath and you can also shower in it.
Tower room with 1 large bed and built-in wardrobe.
Tower room that is also used as a music room by ourselves. If you can play the guitar, you can. Fireplace never been in use, but too beautiful to remove!

Bedroom with nice alcove, built-in wardrobe and yet even 2 spacious beds. Here you can sleep well because of the blackout and air conditioning also here.
