The attractive Spanish villa was completely renovated at the end of 2022. Equipped with natural stone floors, a modern open kitchen and new bathrooms, every detail has been thought through so that you can enjoy your holiday to the fullest.

The extensive beaches, picturesque bays and picturesque harbors of the Costa Blanca are less than half an hour away. A wonderful climate all year round and the many restaurants contribute to the ultimate destination. Villa12 has 2 x double bedrooms and a third sleeping area on the mezzanine loft with Queen size bed. The villa has a cozy lounge area with air conditioning and fireplace, a modern kitchen, a cozy veranda, a garden with several terraces around the pool and a luxurious outdoor sanitary room for all comfort.
