Quietly located Villa with holiday apartment with magnificent views over the valley in an urbanization on the south side of the mountain "Montesano" in the village of Sanet y Negrals.  As an adult and young adult (from 18 years old) with parents enjoying the sun on a lounger on the terrace, taking a dip in the (heated) saltwater swimming pool or going to the beach (+/- 10 km)? This villa is not only ideal for sun, sea and beach lovers, but also for peace, nature, walking, cycling and golf enthusiasts, there are various walking/cycling routes and golf opportunities in the immediate vicinity.

You drive up the urbanization where you will be surprised by the stunning views over an evergreen valley. If you get up early or at nightfall, you can enjoy the beautiful colors that the sunrise / sunset bring you. You can enjoy complete privacy here.
There are several amusement parks, safari/animal parks, go-kart tracks, and other tourist attractions in the area. There are also no less than 8 golf courses within a radius of 50 km for enthusiasts who like to hit a ball. including: Club de Golf Oliva Nova, Club de Golf La Sella Denia, Club de Golf De Javea, Club de Golf Ifach Moreira/Calpe, Club de Golf Don Cayo Altea, Golf Real de Faula Benidorm.
Near La Marina shopping center is Campbell Lamont Golf shop where you can enjoy shopping and possibly take lessons.

People who prefer to use a racket, tennis courts can also be found in the immediate vicinity.
A cinema (Spanish voiced/original speech with headphones), McDonalds, and various other eateries are available in the large shopping center Marina Alta, +/-5 km away, where many clothing stores etc. are also located.

In the area you can find many restaurants of all kinds, including on the plaza of Sanet y Negrals, Natxo in Sanet y Negrals, restaurant Mapamundi Denia, Bar & Bistro Arena in Denia, Pizzeria La Piscina d'Orba, very good Pizzaria Piemontesa in Ondara shopping centre, Grand Cafe Marin in Las Marinas Denia, El Temple in Benidoleig, Gallego in Denia to very culinary, Casa Pepe in Panis and Restaurante Hero in Las Marinas, Restaurant Republic (lounge), Basta, Fuego and Mister Fisher in Denia port) and not to forget the 2 star restaurant BoAmb in Javea and the renowned 3 star restaurant Quique Dacosta in Denia, El Raco de la Xara and El Carreter (mention in Michelin guide) in la Xara are also a very good restaurant. Also restaurants such as Gastrotaberna Xato in Beniarbeig, Verd i Vent near Jalon, RiuRau in Jalon (1/2 hour drive) El Portet Nou near Orba, restaurant Brou in Pedreguer are very interesting.

Nature lovers will certainly get their money's worth here, you can take very nice walks in the area and enjoy beautiful views (in good weather you can even see Ibiza). In various nature parks including Montgo you can / may also walk. There is also a natural healing spring bath near Oliva where bathing is very healthy for body and mind, in the winter period the water temperature is constant 25 degrees C. Several caves in the area can be admired, e.g. in Benidoleig and Vall d'Ebo (stalactite cave). Nice towns such as Guadalest to walk around and stroll in the small local shops.

Cycling is also done a lot here, mountain biking and cyclists regularly take the passes and climbs in the area in preparation for competitions, etc.
Daily shopping can be done in several large supermarkets in adjacent villages/towns (Ondara, Vergel), such as the Carrefour in the Ondara shopping center, MasyMas, Mercadona, Consum and of course Lidl (Vergel, Denia, Ondara La Marina) and Aldi (in Denia, Vergel and Ondara La Marina).
There is also a local supermarket where you can get the necessary supplies. Besides the small supermarket there is also a bakery, which has fresh rolls and croussants every morning where you can also sit comfortably for a breakfast with coffee with a pastry, croussant or bocadillo, they also have some chilled drinks or beer
On the plaza in the village, you can get delicious tapas, for the locals this is a meeting place. 
During the summer period there are several festival weeks in the surrounding villages in the valley. The festival week (end of August, beginning of September) of the village of Sanet is traditionally opened with a communal paella village meal. During the party week activities it is a great activity for a week, until late at night various bands play on the plaza, this can (unfortunately) be heard occasionally at the house.


Airports of Alicante and Valencia are +/-100km away, cars are available for rent.


We live above the apartment, but are not always present.
