Villa Boa Vida

In 2021 we purchased a detached villa in the beautiful mountain village of Monte Pego, which is very centrally located between Alicante and Valencia.

The villa, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, has a beautiful view over the rice fields, orange fields and the sea in the background.

The house has been completely tastefully renovated in Ibizan style, using very durable materials. Villa Boa Vida, previously known as Casa Alta, has three bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom with a connecting bathroom with toilet. The other two bedrooms have a shared bathroom with also a toilet. The villa also has a driveway with carport, entrance hall, spacious living room, kitchen, separate toilet, storage room (with extra material such as more garden chairs, cots, high chairs, vacuum cleaner, etc.), outdoor pool, outdoor kitchen (with induction hobs and BBQ), an outside shower and an indoor jacuzzi. You can certainly enjoy the Spanish sun here with the terrace by the pool, the terrace below and the terrace above. All three equipped with garden furniture.

All crockery, cooking utensils, bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided.

Because we are not always able to be present in Belgium due to our work, we want everyone - with the necessary respect - to enjoy this beautiful villa.
