villa, Tarbena, Costa Blanca, Spain - Villa Tranquilla - NEW IN JAVEA!
The infinity pool is cleaned every week as is the garden. In the months of Jul-Aug-Sep even twice a week. Javi is a nice Spanish guy but speaks little English ;-)
No fence on the wall on this side in consultation with our Dutch neighbors. This allows us to enjoy the beautiful palms and the great view.... The neighbor's plot is 10 meters lower.
Here you can see that we have made a lovely corner sofa in the pool for a drink. The little ones can play on the platform.
This lovely seat with fantastic chairs from Suns is the place to drink an espresso or tea in the morning. Enjoying the morning peace...
You mainly live outside and therefore a nice large table where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner all day in the shade. There are now three fans above the table, which is wonderful.
The three wooden fans ensure that mosquitoes stay away in the evening but provide a nice cooling in the afternoon. And looks great!
In the meantime also a photo of the three fans. Wonderful when they are softly on...
The open kitchen in this photo with 8 chairs but there are 10 chairs. All the comforts in this kitchen including a wine cooler. The SMEG series with blender, toaster, juicer and kettle is beautiful.
We have also completely opened the connection to the stairs so that you look out on all sides and there is always a lot of light in the house.
We have had 50% more glass installed in the house, so you have a fantastic view of the Montgo mountain from the kitchen (and room)...
Super door!!
The new front door has taken a while but is now super satisfied with it and really beautiful!

From the living room you can see the beautiful olive tree.
We have opted for an open connection with the bathroom because we like open spaces. The bath is pure luxury just like the heated mirrors. There is also a toilet in this room.
On the ground floor the largest bedroom with a bed of 200 wide by 210 long. The windows in all bedrooms can be blinded automatically.
With real wooden sinks and the wicker accents, a really warm nice place to freshen up.
The open shower gives enough privacy because it is placed in the corner but fits into the whole. Next to the shower is the toilet.
We have opted for open wardrobes and lots of hanging options in all bedrooms. The men often like that and hanging everything out gives an overview and so everything can also air out nicely.
When you take the stairs upstairs, always say hello to Harry who is outside and guards the cacti...
Because we have also placed windows at the top of the stairwell, you also have a super nice view of the area. The lamps are mood makers.
Bedroom 2 with 180x200 bed with also a private bathroom with toilet. Here a private large terrace with seating for the morning or evening sun.
A large terrace accessible from bedroom 2. A chair in a corner is always nice. Also here a large open closet (see photo bedroom 2). All windows can also be fully blinded here.
This terrace is accessible from both bedroom 2 and 3. From this terrace you have a view of the swimming pool.
The bathroom has enough space to store all the ointments and jars of gel. Private toilet and open shower again.
In bedroom 2 also a bed of 180x200. The beige towels are to put your suitcase on when you unpack everything. This keeps the duvet fresh.
In bedroom 2 also a private shower with toilet and here too the same setup with plenty of space to store everything. There is also a hair dryer everywhere.
On -1 a large room with two luxury sofa beds and 7 meters of closet space. A TV of 220cm and a playstation. Because there is also glass next to the stairs down there is a lot of daylight in this room
In this way, four (not too large) adult beds can sleep comfortably - beds are 160 x 200 - or of course a few kids.
Also on -1 a large shower room with double sink and private toilet. A lot of daylight enters through the large windows.
Also in the basement a beautiful bathroom with all the luxury. Here is another large window which can be opened but is not visible now.
The gate is equipped with an intercom. The port for the car can be operated with a remote. The outer gate has no latch so privacy and security assured. The entire plot is securely fenced.

Most beautiful parasol base ever only 60 kilos so don't move but a work of art to see. And handy for setting up ?? your cocktail

At Palmito on the beach a nice iced coffee with caramel and something tasty to go with it. Always good there. Especially in the autumn always busy here from 4 pm.
From Villa Traquila you can walk to Calle Clemence in just over an hour. You will come across these kinds of beautiful views
Use this as a navigation point and keep to nature and to the right.
And this is your view at breakfast or lunch or dinner. Then back by taxi for 15 euros.
The first strelitzia is in bloom (Oct 2025).

Because we recently have a new little one in the family, there is a cot and more things will certainly follow...
Three nice LED lights to put outside on the table in the evening. And also easily charge at the same time with one plug.
In the house we have these beautiful louvered doors with the hinges in the frames everywhere. The doors seem to be completely closed, but in the morning thin lines of light come through. Really beautiful..
A game of Hitser together with the Sonos Move2 guarantees a fun evening! And we have Sonos installed so it can be used by anyone with the Sonos app.
End of November and the weather is beautiful again. Sunshine and 20 degrees.
The outdoor shower on its side given that the frames of Micazu are limited. But it is easy to see. We keep improving :-)
Today on Dec 27 we discovered that we didn't have egg cups yet. So I got new egg cups and immediately a new tea pot that was too nice to pass up. And again that sun in December!!
