The outdoor areas have been designed to take full advantage of the sunny climate of the Costa Blanca. The beautiful outdoor kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, sink, Grandhall Premium G4 barbecue and a dining table, creating the perfect setting for long lunches and relaxing evenings with family and friends. The private 8 x 4 metre saltwater swimming pool invites you to cool off during the day, while the surrounding sunbeds provide the ideal place to soak up the Mediterranean sun. After a refreshing swim, you can rinse off under the outdoor shower before relaxing in the indoor lounge with a drink or a good book.
Inside, the villa features a bright, open-plan living and dining area with a comfortable sofa, smart TV, and air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, oven, induction hob and Nespresso coffee machine, so you will have everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. On the ground floor you will also find a guest toilet and a spacious double bedroom with air conditioning, wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, where the remaining three bedrooms are located. Two of these bedrooms are furnished with double beds, air conditioning and wardrobe, and both have access to a shared balcony with stunning sea views. The fourth bedroom is more compact and features a pull-out under-sleeper bed with two single mattresses, making it ideal for children. This bedroom is also air-conditioned. There is a shared bathroom with shower, double sink and toilet.
For added convenience, Casa Mar Y Posa offers free Wi-Fi throughout the property and private parking in the driveway.
