The outdoor table can be set for 8 people and is located near the large bbq, great for long dining.
Large balcony with spacious and unobstructed views on the upper floor.
Inside you sit comfortably in the lounge area, you look out freely through the sliding windows that can open and close. You always feel like you're outside.
The borretti kitchen is fully equipped, 4 burners, baking tray and oven. Everything you need in a kitchen can be found there, and well equipped.
How nice is it to sit at the kitchen counter while cooking? That is enjoying together.

Our house is located in the colorful residence of Muscaret, Relleu.
Villa Joisia, what a fantastic place that is. The colored houses will make everyone hold their breath. Walk mainly through the old center and stroll through the small streets.
Vila Joisia is a cute village with a beautiful old core, right on the white beach of the Costa Blanca. Well equipped with culinary restaurants and quick tapas.
Padel court, tennis court and small gym available in the village of Relleu, this is within walking distance
This beautiful group of palm trees is located on the beach of Villa Joisia, a beautiful colored village directly on the Costa Blanca.
Many almond trees adorn the road to Casa Vista, next to the olive groves of the Senora de Relleu olive farm that can be visited.
Bendidorm, who doesn't know this? Nice to walk through and especially through the old center.
Our nice balcony with an unobstructed view of the village of Relleu has a lovely lounge set. This is a wonderful place, especially in the evening sun.

The dining room is nice and light and spacious and located close to the kitchen, so all necessities are within reach.
The kitchen is fully equipped, practically furnished and easy to keep clean. A spacious refrigerator with three freezer drawers underneath.
If the weather is not so good, the naya is a great place for a good book or good music. Garden view and comfortable sofa
A second dining area has been placed in the naya: a wonderful place to have breakfast: view over the garden (with swimming pool) and facing south-east, so you can sit in the morning sun.

Javea has a beautiful bowl-shaped sandy beach "Arenal" with very pleasant boulevard. Many shops, restaurants and bars, where they form a pleasant crowd. Just 10 minutes from our house. Also, many Spaniards spend their holidays here with the whole family.
on the other side of the harbor town with lovely fish restaurants and the fish market. Here come the afternoon around 18:00 the fishing boats with their cargoes, which is an experience to behold. And you can immediately take fresh fish to prepare a nice Spanish meal ...

The Arenal boulavard is ideal for young and old. You will find many trendy bars, restaurants ... and for the little ones there are various playgrounds on the beach.
The master bedroom is equipped with a spacious box spring, wonderful mattress and various pillow models. There is also air conditioning & sufficient storage space. The window has a roller shutter and a mosquito barrier.
You can reach the terrace through the large sliding window in the living room. The direction of the terrace is SE
The apartment also has a swimming pool, a storage room with beach equipment on the ground floor and a covered private parking space. This way you don't lose time looking for a parking space

The cupboards are filled with beautiful crockery, various glasses, cutlery, cooking utensils... Everything is there that you expect in a kitchen + many extras (oil, spices, mixer, bottle opener, can opener, wine cooler, carafe, bread baskets, egg cups... .)

From the living room you have access to the terrace through the sliding window. Due to the presence of large sliding windows, you also have a lot of light in the living space.
The flat screen TV has TV Flanders and Google Chromecast. The wifi is of very good quality.

The master bedroom has a box spring bed of 180x210 with a top quality mattress of 30 cm. There is also air conditioning, a window with a view of the garden, mosquito window & roller shutter and a spacious built-in closet. (there is also heating available)
The master bedroom has built-in wardrobes and therefore sufficient storage space for your belongings. Valises can be placed under the space in the bed.

Perla de l'Arenal is located just 100m from the Arenal boulevard. We rent a second apartment on the boulevard Vista del Arenal. (located opposite Perla de l'Arenal)
The many restaurants and bars are often a feast for the eyes. Moreover, all are very tasty, the service is friendly and the bill afterwards a windfall !!
The Arenal boulavard is ideal for young and old. You will find many trendy bars, restaurants... and for the little ones there are several playgrounds on the beach.
The old town / El pueblo with its narrow streets, churches and charming squares... Welcome to Jávea!!
The Spaniards prefer to have breakfast outdoors! You can find a delicious tostada with tomato or a croissant in almost every catering establishment ... And if it may be a little more elaborate, you will certainly find something you like in one of the cooler bars ... Photo = Cala Bandida (port)
