The attractive and luxurious apartment, with a large terrace (25m2) and two bedrooms, offers direct views of the pool and the bay of Altea. Completely unwind in Mediterranean atmospheres. You can walk to the marina with shops and restaurants or dive into the water at the intimate bay. Are you looking for the hustle and bustle of shops, restaurants or bars? Then jump in the car and in about 10-15 minutes you can drive to the center of Altea or Calpe with its long sandy beaches. From this place you can perfectly discover the Costa Blanca. 

Complex Jazmines
The well-maintained apartment complex Jazmines 3 is a small-scale apartment complex with 18 apartments. When you walk through the Mediterranean garden you can already taste the Spanish atmosphere. Two enclosed private swimming pools offer ultimate swimming pleasure. The first pool is located directly in front of the apartment.

The swimming pool has sunbeds, shaded areas and an outdoor shower. You can park your car in front of the door or in the secure parking garage. So you don't have to walk far with your suitcases. 

Living room & terrace
Sun worshippers pay attention! This apartment is very conveniently located. Slide open the doors of the living room and you are immediately on the almost 25m2 terrace. You can enjoy the view over the full width of the apartment. You have breakfast with fresh orange juice or read a book in the evening sun. The terrace is the best place of the apartment! The terrace has a dining table, lounger and lounge sofa, awnings. This will also help you find your spot in the shade. 

The cozy living room has everything you need; central air conditioning, a sitting area, dining table with four chairs and a television with Dutch and foreign channels. 

Kitchen
You will not be short of anything in the kitchen. If you want to make your own paella or prepare tapas for an evening, no problem! There is a Bosch 4-burner hob and a Bosch oven. Pepper, salt and olive oil are already provided. You will also find a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, toaster and juicer. If you walk into the utility room, there is also a washing machine and microwave. 

Two bedrooms
Holidays can also be very tiring... right? Not unimportant; a good bed and an EMMA cloud pillow! The apartment has two spacious bedrooms for up to four people. A bedroom with double box spring (180 x 200cm) and ensuite bathroom. And a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200cm). Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, central air conditioning and a roller shutter.

Two bathrooms
The apartment has two new and luxurious bathrooms with a safe walk-in shower. Both bathrooms have a mirror, toilet and there is a hair dryer.

The charming Altea
Located on a hill you will find the charming and artistic town of Altea. Here you will find many nice boutiques, galleries and restaurants. The idyllic streets are very photogenic because of the white houses, beautiful terraces and colorful flowers. Iconically, the church towers over the city with its blue domes. Book a table on the square and enjoy a breathtaking view. Camera at the ready!

Costa Blanca
The Costa Blanca, or the white coast, is a 200-kilometre-long coastal area in southeastern Spain. Between Denia in the north and Torrevieja in the south. Imagine; White beaches, more than 300 sunny days a year, azure blue sea and charming villages.

The World Health Organization has even labeled this region as one of the healthiest regions in the world. The microclimate allows you to enjoy pleasant temperatures all year round. In the summer warm but not too hot days, mainly due to the sea breeze that is there, and a relatively warm winter. That is why this region is perfect for wintering. 

The highlights are within driving distance of each other. Therefore, rent a car. You can pick up your car at the airport in Alicante or Valencia. 

Supermarkets
The apartment is very central. Just a 5-minute drive away you will find the Mas y Mas supermarket. Ideal for your daily shopping and with its own bakery department. If you drive a little further , you will find the Mercadona (10 min drive) and a little further also the Lidl (15 min drive). 

About a 20-minute drive away you will find the Carrefour Hypermarket in Benidorm (Finestrat), with non-food items.
