Bedroom 2 is equipped with a spacious box spring (160x200), storage space, ceiling fan, air conditioning, mosquito windows and blackout curtain. The house is also equipped with new aluminum windows (of course with double glazing)
The house is equipped with every comfort, the doors open onto the terrace and private garden.
To the left of the refrigerator you will find the washing machine and dryer. A vacuum cleaner, ironing board, iron, drying rack ... is also provided during your stay ...

The garden is very well maintained by a permanent gardener and has already won several prizes & awards.
The urbanization (Los Lagos) has permanent residents and a number of owners who do not rent and only come for a few weeks. As a result, the urbanization is never deserted, but it is also never really busy at the pool. Even in the summer, you have the chance to have the pool to yourself :-)
The large communal swimming pool (with island, waterfall, various depths and separate children's pool). Hours of water fun guaranteed!
