This semi-detached SOUTH-facing duplex house, with private south-facing terrace & garden and with parking space in front of the door, has recently been completely renovated by us. The house is equipped with every luxury and comfort and furnished with a wonderful boho vibe. Moreover, the house is located in LOS LAGOS, one of the most beautiful urbanizations on the outskirts of Jávea with a view of 'El Montgo'.
Casa Lina is suitable for 4 people (Possibly 5th person can sleep on a sofa bed / is in a separate room)

- A first bathroom (with walk-in shower, toilet, sink, underfloor heating) with laundry room (washing machine and dryer)
- The staircase with authentic Valencian tiles that leads you to the first floor...
- There you will find :
- The first bedroom with box spring bed (180 x 210), ample storage space, air conditioning, blackout curtains, mosquito nets on the windows and access to an extra sun, yoga, pilates terrace.
- The second bedroom with box spring bed (160 x 210), ample storage space, blackout curtain, mosquito net & air conditioning
- The second bathroom (with spacious walk-in shower, sink, toilet, large mirror, hair dryer, extraction, mosquito net, floor and towel heating...)
In the relaxation area downstairs we have also provided an extra sofa bed (with extra mattress), suitable for a child / teenager.
The house has a terrace (with lounge area, dining table, plancha (table bbq) & chairs), a private garden (with comfortable sunbeds and parasol. SOUTH FACING, so lots of sun and with an open view of the beautiful communal garden) and a quiet and sunny (Yoga / Pilates) terrace adjacent to bedroom 1 (resistance bands, yoga mat, yoga blocks & pilates ring and drying line available)
From the terrace and the private garden you have a beautiful view of the garden and the lake with fountains that is located in the middle of the communal garden.
The beautiful swimming pool is located a little more to the right in the garden, about 45 meters away... A nature park borders the domain and is accessible via a forest path.
2 foldable sunbeds, beach umbrella, toys, etc . are also provided and you can of course take them to the pool or a day at the beach.
As in our other accommodations, the house has been completely renovated with authentic materials and furnished with quality furniture and special decoration with a wonderful vibe...
We have also installed new aluminium windows with double glazing and mosquito nets. We have also provided numerous extras such as: underfloor heating, built-in towel heating, air conditioning, good wifi, Tv Vlaanderen, Netflix and Chromecast.
Washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron, cleaning products, vacuum cleaner, etc. are of course also available.
The large garden (which has already won several prizes and awards) and the fantastic communal swimming pool (approx. 40m by 20m with island, waterfall, various depths and large separate children's pool) are a real added value to this stay!

This house has 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom and is located 2 houses further than Casa Lina :-) Nice to travel with friends, family 'together' and yet everyone retains their privacy :-)
The house is not within walking distance of the beach, but it is only an 8-minute drive to the cozy old town and a fifteen minute drive to the harbor and the Arenal boulevard and you can park everywhere for free in Jávea.
A bakery, local supermarket, weekly market of Jesus Pobre, NL. language doctor's office, golf course and several restaurants are a 5' drive from the house
