Villa La Vista

If you want to sunbathe next to your private swimming pool during your dream holiday while enjoying the panoramic view of the Mediterranean and still want to get away for a good price, “La Vista” is the villa for you. At 3 km from the beach town of Moraira, high in the mountains, this six-person holiday home offers everything for an ideal holiday for a favorable price.

The house is entirely on the same level as the terrace with swimming pool. The living room with direct access to the terrace has comfortable furniture, fireplace and TV with DVD player. There is also an ADSL connection.

In addition, the dining area for six people is located in the open kitchen. This contains, among other things, a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and a Senseo em Princess electric juicer. The living space is flooded with light thanks to the large windows and offers a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains. The villa is also air conditioned, a luxury in the hot summer months.

There are also three bedrooms, one with twin beds and 2 with a spacious double bed. The house also has two bathrooms, one "en suite" with a double sink, toilet and walk-in shower. The second bathroom also has a sink, toilet and walk-in shower.

In the garage you will also find a Miele washing machine and an extra large fridge and freezer.
The whole house has central heating, and is suitable for a comfortable winter holiday.

Without a doubt, the main attraction of villa “La Vista” is the fantastic view. The holiday home is located high on the mountains, as you can see in the photos, with a completely unobstructed panoramic view from the rock of Moraira to the Ifach of Calpe. You can enjoy this perfectly on the large long terrace under the large palm tree, in the naya or under the parasol. Here you will also find the kidney-shaped private swimming pool of 8 by 4 meters. Around the pool are several sunbeds with cushions. There is an outdoor shower and a few beautiful palms, all indispensable in a holiday on the Costa Blanca.

Located on the terrace you have a small covered terrace with table and chairs for when the sun gets too much for you. Nearby you also have the brick BBQ
Thanks to its southeast location, the house is protected by the mountain against the chilly northwest wind in winter.

The entire site is closed off so you don't have to worry about the safety of pets and small children. The entrance consists of a large electric gate with remote control and a wicket door.

Parking is possible on private property within the gate where, outside the garage, there is also room for at least two cars under cover. You will also find the table tennis and dart board there and elsewhere there is a play corner for the little ones with a house, slide, etc. Inside for them a box with wooden toys and a blackboard
