 What a picture! Casa Alicia in Moraira is a very practically furnished villa in urbanization San Jaime. And fully equipped. From the villa and from the terrace with private pool you have a great sea view. Finally, all rooms in the villa have air conditioning that can cool as well as heat. The villa has a lockable entrance gate and carport for your car. Your car is therefore always at hand and yet out of sight! From the street side, this villa is enclosed by a high wall. As a result, you will not be bothered by snoopers and you can enjoy your privacy.

All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning that can cool as well as heat. Casa Alicia has a master bedroom with built-in wardrobe and sea view. The bright bathroom has a walk-in shower and toilet.
The third bedroom has a quiet location overlooking the pool. The second bathroom also features a walk-in shower and toilet.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If you want to book the months of January, February, March and April for a minimum of 8 weeks, please contact us for a tailor-made price.

The villa is always prepared for 6 people. If this differs, please contact us.

The tenant must take care of any travel and cancellation insurance.
In case of cancellation up to 6 weeks before the commencement date, the deposit of 20% will be due to the landlord. In the event of cancellation 6 weeks before the commencement date, the total rent will be due to the lessor.
