Beautiful renovated villa at the foot of the Montgo, 2.5-3 km from the sea, with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and panoramic views of the sea and the Montgó. The villa has an 8x4 private swimming pool with several terraces and a large garage for bicycles, golf bags, etc.

Casa Joya is ideal for a holiday on the beach, walking, golfing, cycling or a relaxing holiday around the villa. Inside, all rooms have air conditioning (warm/cold). there is underfloor heating throughout the first floor.
The villa is located in a protected, quiet and safe area of Denia at the end of a cul-de-sac. This means the villa offers enough privacy. Outside there is a private swimming pool, a beautiful mature garden, several terraces and barbecue facilities. There is room for 3 cars on the property and possibly 1 in the garage.

Upon entering you will find a spacious living-dining room. The living room has a flat-screen TV with access to various streaming services. The living room is connected to a fully equipped kitchen with all kinds of built-in appliances such as a dishwasher, an induction hob, a microwave, an oven and a fridge-freezer. The kitchen is equipped with all kinds of equipment so that foodies can enjoy preparing their favorite dishes.

On the same floor you will find two bedrooms, one with two single beds and a separate bathroom with walk-in shower (also a guest toilet) and one with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with spacious walk-in shower and double sink.

At the front of the villa is a beautiful covered veranda with beautiful views of the sea, the harbor and the city of Dénia. This is equipped with a large (extendable) dining table with chairs. Here you can sit and enjoy until late in the evening.

You reach the top floor via a private entrance. This cozy (tower) room has two single beds, bathroom and private terrace where you can enjoy the sultry summer evenings until late with spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea and the illuminated harbor of Denia. This room has a refrigerator, Nespresso machine and a kettle so that you have everything close by. There is also a fixed internet connection here to possibly create a home workplace.

The villa has an 8x4 swimming pool that is in the sun all day long with various seating areas, sun beds, outdoor shower and a fully equipped BBQ area (including refrigerator). Here you will also find crockery and plastic glasses to use around the pool. There is a well-maintained garden surrounding the villa. The garden has various fruit trees, including citrus trees, a fig tree and banana trees. When the fruits are ripe, you can pick them for your own use.

In short, a wonderful place to spend a holiday in complete luxury and tranquility.

100% refund if you cancel two weeks in advance.
50% refund if you cancel 1 week in advance.
Down payment is 20% of the full rental amount.

Damage and additional costs:
You are responsible for any damage to or in the house caused by you or your fellow travelers during your stay.

Smoking is not allowed in the house, but outside it is. There are ashtrays for use for this purpose.
It is not yet allowed to use the fireplace for safety reasons.
