During your stay in this spacious, relaxing villa you will forget all your worries. The newly renovated villa has two spacious bedrooms with wide Dutch beds and a spacious bathroom with shower. There is also an extra toilet in the villa. The kitchen has been completely renovated and offers every luxury, with a dishwasher, combi oven and induction hob. From the kitchen you can quickly reach the various eateries outside. There are three terraces with large outdoor dining tables. There is also a barbeque available, which you can use.

In the living room there is a sofa bed where an extra adult or 2 children can sleep. The living room also has a fireplace and air conditioning is available in all rooms. There is also a washing machine, ironing board with steam iron and plenty of cleaning facilities.

There is plenty of parking space and in the large garden of 1200 m3, which offers a lot of privacy, there is a lovely private swimming pool. There are several terraces, neat seats and hammock, so you can always sit in the sun or shade. The villa has sea views and is located about 2 km from the nearest sandy beach, Playa de l'Ampolla. There are several beautiful bays in the area. Because the villa is very sheltered and private, you have little to no nuisance from the local residents.

Moraira is originally a fishing village and has clearly managed to retain its own character and forms one municipality together with Teulada. You won't find high hotels or other buildings here. Moraira has an average of 320 sunny days a year making it a year-round destination, with its beautiful marina, many shops and restaurants.

The port of Moraira, which can be seen beautifully on the way to El Portet, houses a few fishing boats and pleasure yachts and other recreational boats. However, the traditional fish auction is still located in the harbor, which is visited by fish buyers and tourists from all over the area. Moraira is for bon vivants who are looking for a pleasant stay visiting the beach, terraces and restaurants, a bit of fishing, diving, cycling, tennis, padel, horseback riding or golf on one of the many golf courses in the area. Within a fifteen minute drive you are inland, where you can take beautiful walks, visit waterfalls and explore the beautiful villages.
