Downstairs there is a large covered balcony with dining table, lounge sofa and outdoor kitchen. There you can sit in the shade when it gets too hot.
The newly constructed swimming pool is 4.5 X 8.5 and 1.5 deep and has a seat in each corner to stay nice and cool in the hot weather.
The house has been completely renovated and painted and equipped with new furniture.
On the covered terrace you can sit in the shade at the table or on the lounge sofa.
On the balcony you can sit and enjoy the wide view.

On the street side of the house there are 3 citrus trees and a beautiful bougainvillea and two large palm trees... that gives a real Spanish atmosphere.
On the side of the house is an additional terrace with typical Spanish mosaic garden furniture. Here you can sit sheltered when there is a strong breeze.
There is a private parking space on the street side. Suitable for 1 car.
When you turn on the lights at the pool in the evening, it gives a very special atmosphere.

This is the drawing of the renovation of the house. From the balcony to the swimming pool is built, making the house very open and spacious with several terraces and a lovely swimming pool.
On the outside wall hangs a typical Spanish sundial.
The citrus trees are popular in this region, the orchards are full of them.
From the balcony you have a different view every time of the day.....
If you walk to the center of Orba you will pass this old washhouse where the women from Orba used to do their laundry.
From the house you have a beautiful view over the valley and especially when the trees are in bloom it looks beautiful.
In and around Orba you will find many citrus trees and orange groves.
In the center of Orba is a small church surrounded by a nice square with some restaurants and terraces where you can have breakfast.
The church is clearly recognizable and also visible from the balcony of casa Luna.
During the local Feria (fiestas), the streets are colorfully decorated.
On top of the debit is an old ruin. You can walk all the way there and from there you have a beautiful view over the valley to the sea. ( Monte Pego, Pedreguer, Orba, Oliva are clearly visible )
Oliva Beach is a 15-minute drive away. It has a quiet part with dunes and a busier part with terraces and sunbeds etc. So there's something for everyone.
The quiet beach has a very nice atmosphere.
The beach at Denia is a 25-minute drive away. Denia also has a very long beach. A quietly located part where it is nice and wide and you can relax. And a part where there is a lot of sailing and a busier beach with terraces and sunbeds etc.

The living room, equipped with a beautiful Chateau Belvedere table from Riviera Maison with 8 chairs, is a wonderful place for a drink with a snack or a nice dinner during chilly days! Riviera Maison's special wine cabinet is filled with wine glasses, wine cooler, whiskey set, cocktail set!
The Master bedroom has a luxurious King-size box spring of no less than 1.80 m wide! A luxurious bed with excellent mattresses and a lovely topper offer you a lot of comfort!

The Deryan Infant Deluxe travel Bassinet is fantastic for newborn children! Comfortable mattress and mesh provide wonderful sleeping comfort. Easy to take outside or to the beach!
When you travel with children you need a lot of stuff; We speak from experience, which is why we are happy to give young parents a helping hand! A wonderfully comfortable sleeping bag from Puckababy for newborns, a mosquito net for when you place the playpen outside and drinking cups for toddlers and preschoolers!
